"Do Not ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I ordered office paper 12/7/04 for $180.00. After 12 phone calls and innumerable emails(which were returned as undeliverable) I still do not have my merchandise. Phones are out of order all the time! I finally got through and was promised a credit on February 1, 2005. Its now Feb 15. No credit and phones are out of order again. my next letter is to the State attorney for the state of Georgia. "
"I've ordered from this outfit a couple of times in the past. Each time it was pretty much the same process; place the order, receive an order confirmation, wait, wait, wait, and then, without warning, the package arrives. No order status updates, shipping confirmation, nothing from them after they confirmed the order was placed.
The only reason I order from them at all is they offer a couple of products I can't seem to locate elsewhere.
I haven't been burned by them in the sense that an order I placed didn't get here BUT I really hate the lack of communication after an order is placed AND the fact it seems to take forever for the order to arrive.
In sum, if you're in a rush to get your order or are looking to receive something by a certain date, I'd forget about using this company and look elsewhere unless and until they get their act together with respect to prompt shipment and communication."
" I placed an order for two boxes of pens on Oct. 14, 2004. On Nov.9 I finally got through to talk to somebody and they said the order was shipped on Nov.8. On Nov.12 they said that the order was at UPS in Denver, (100 miles away). On Nov.17 I canceled the order and they charged my credit card the same day, 34 days after I placed the order. I had to call every 3 days to get my money back which I finally did on Dec.10, another 23 days latter. I must have left 6 to 8 messages and emails, no reply. They asked for my phone number 4 different times to call me back, which they never did. I placed the same order at Staples.com and got my package 3 days latter for $6.00 cheaper."
"Wish I had read this site before doing business with Office Innovations. I order paper and other printing supplies for a company of about 35 people and I will never do business with them again.
I ordered two packs of HP 11x17 paper on December 1, 2004 and received confirmation via email that my order had been placed and would be shipped to me. It is now January 4, 2005 and I still have not received the paper.
I called three times. The first time I was put on hold for more than twenty minutes and then told the paper had been on back order but would be shipped to me the next day. The second time I was again placed on hold for an inordinate amount of time only to be finally informed that all computers were down. The customer service person took my name, telephone number and invoice number and promised to call me as soon as the computers were up again. I gather the computers must still be down because I haven't yet heard back from him. Today I called for the third time. This time I was connected directly...to a recording which said "Sorry you were not able to speak to a customer service representative. Please, leave a message...." Click. "Mailbox full." Wonderful.
So far our business credit card has not been charged, but we will be on the lookout for it.

Yeah! The package finally arrived. 6 weeks after initially ordered. And no communication with the company. Still, at least we got the merchandise."
"Hi. I posted a "Very Dissatisfied" review of this company on 1/3/05 and felt I needed to post an update. I finally received my $1,000-ish order in mid-January. The whole ordeal was very frustrating; however, one of the owners somehow became aware of my situation and stepped in to assure I received my order. Thank you, John Gadd, Sr. Every staffer I talked to explained that the company had suffered quite a run of bad luck: 2 hurricanes, software/database problems, and a problematic phone system conversion, and I *do* sympathize; but (in addition to the 3-month delivery time) nobody (until Mr. Gadd, Sr.) followed up after promising me I would receive my order within a short time. (It was promised *many* times by many of their customer service people--"You should have it by tomorrow, or the next day, at the latest," one of 'em told me before Christmas!) This lack of follow-through on their part was agonizing! Adding insult to injury, for a couple of weeks their phone system was down, so I couldn't call THEM! (I had actually assumed during that time they had gone belly up.) I decided to literally give them "one more chance" before I submitted an official fraud claim to my credit card company and the Better Business Bureau. That's when one of the owners took over, offered many apologies, and I received my order the next day. He actually called me several times to give me updates and generally keep in touch. So, if you're having a problem getting your order, it may pay to be a squeaky wheel.
This company *does* still need repair, but I think they are trying to get their act together. Hopefully they can overcome their disasters and emerge from the wreckage with a good reputation. And, to that end, I would encourage anyone with a story similar to mine to post again to let others know of their final outcome (i.e., did they ever get their order?).

Despite at least ten phone calls and mega frustration, I have not received my $1,000-ish order which was placed in 11/04. Oh yeah, they also billed my charge card shortly after. I have actually *spoken* with four oh-so-cordial members of their Customer "Service" department (a very low number in comparison to the number of actual calls I've made!), written e-mails, left messages, yada-yada--and have received repeated promises of delivery. These slimewads sometimes even returned my phone messages and e-mails, all the while apparently lying through their pearly whites.
There were no customer reviews at the time I ordered; silly me--I assumed no news was good news. HAH!! Now I am finding nothing but dissatisfied customers! I recently found that the Better Business Bureau rated them "Unsatisfactory" because of non-delivery of orders.
I am normally a very nice person; but these guys have made me a very cranky, PO-ed shopper indeed! The guns are out!! ...and my first task is to warn others. Unless you enjoy getting scammed, stay clear of this apparently fraudulent operation!!!

"Purchased cd sleeves from this company on November 16th. Received the automated notice that they had received my order and the type of shipping that they would use. Have not heard from them since. I have tried emailing them and calling them. It was only a $30 dollar purchase so I wasn't going to spend all day on hold. My email was never returned. All I wanted was some notification on the status of my order. If it had shipped, it would have been nice to know a tracking number. They have charged my account but I have still not received my order. At this point I would not do business with them again even if I did receive the order. It would be worth just a little more money to know what was going on with my order."
"One of my worse on-line experience I have had. Ordered a printer on 26 Oct 04. Using order/store/yahoo to pay. Did not hear directly from Office Innovations. Sent email 28 Oct asking if the item was in stock. No response. Called their 800 number on 1 Nov. Was told due to computer problems anything ordered prior to 26 Oct was shipped, after would be shipped the next day. Called again on 8 Nov, was told item was shipped previous Friday 5 Nov. Called again on 12 Nov, company in GA. I'm in VA doesn't take 5 days for UPS. Was told again item was shipped, then I was put in contact with another person, after on hold 30 minutes. He finally told me that the item was discontinued by the manufacturer and prior to my order, they shipped the last one out. This was 3 weeks after I placed the order. Fortunately they did not charge my credit card, otherwise would probably still be fighting them for a refund. Caution when dealing with them. read other reviews of this company elsewhere, which I did and did not heed, thought I would give them a chance. They have good products and great pricing, but their customer service is poor. You may get what you ordered, and in my experiece you may not, and get the run around. They have lost this potential customer."
