"They lost my package. I called a couple days after expected delivery. the lady told me they would refund me and resend the item on them. Of course I said okay. They didn't fully give me a refund and when I asked they said they aren't going to because she sent another. She told me she was giving me a full refund and I got an email confirming it. They then stopped talking to me and just kept saying thank you for your feedback. Don't shop with someone who will not honor what they told you. "
"We bring our kids to old navy each fall for school clothes. The choices and prices are great. However, then they give you this super cash for spending so much. It's basically worthless. We got a $60 super cash certificate. But, you can only use $10 for every $25 you spend....AND you have to use their credit card to even be able to redeem it. I dont want their card....but it doesn't encourage me to get one either. What's the point? When I get Kohls cash, it's just that....if you have $10 kohls cash, you get $10 merchandise free. Simple and rewarding. "
"I went to Old Navy in the Long Beach Towne Center Long Beach, CA
***-***-****. The employee and supposed manager were extremely antagonistic and condescending. I bought pants and only wore them to try them on in their dressing room. There floor apparently was dusty from all the people being in the change room. I tried to exchange them 16 hours later. Immediately i was being turned away, called a liar and met with hostility. The employee didnt look at the receipt to see when the pants were purchased and said they look worn. I told him most of the jeans in this store are pre-distressed and I have not worn them. He smirks and says "whatever, our floor isnt dirty", calls the manager and continues to smirk at me. The manager tells him to go by the receipt, then she looks at me and starts to refuse. The cashier smirks and says I told you. I explained everything to her again and gave her the receipt. She then says I dont know. The cashier then says, "we are going to exchange this now but you know we aren't doing this next time." I told the employee he is not going to talk to me like and he needs to stop talking and the manager steps in and asked"whats your complaint, we are doing the refund." I told her that she needs to speak to her employee about customer service and he isnt my dad and should not act as such. She refused and tried to just push me through the line. She encouraged her employee by not handling the situation. 2 women went before me and happened to be white and did not experience any trouble completing the same process I was trying to complete. They no tags on their clothes and there was no hassle what so ever."

"Placed an order over a week ago and received an email yesterday saying my order was delayed. They promised to make it right by expediting the shipping (overnight) as soon as possible. This morning I received an email saying my order shipped and will be here tomorrow. As annoying as late shipping can be, I do appreciate Old Navy's attempt to make it right without having to complain about it. This is the only time this has ever happened to me so I don't mind letting it slide. "
"Very disappointed with @OldNavyCA - 5 weeks to process a refund is unacceptable when they received my items in May & it’s now June. Numerous emails telling me to wait longer, and no resolution. UPS lost 1 shipment out of 2 that was mailed on the same day (fairly big sized shipment) - Old Navy didn't care to help, even though theres a record of the other tracking of items mailed same time. Dont like being called a liar from the company, which is basically what they are doing. Have all emails, tracking numbers, and many years worth of customer history with the company... filing claim with credit card company and spreading my experience on social media. Too many are going through bad online experiences like me."

"I used my super cash (which they never have any deals when its time to use) 8 days ago. I placed my order and they took the money out and then I checked my account 5 days later and the money was back in my account and my order still hasn't shipped... this is ridiculous. I have read other reviews and it seems that this has happened to several other people. It makes it not even worth it .. Then I check it today and the money came back out but GUESS WHAT its still pending shipment .. If these are the processing times then they need to get it together. "
