"On Star and the other plain wrap vans are the absolute worst. The lazy **** leave packages in my driveway in front of the cars. Two things, making it very easy for the package thieves and what if you get in your car w/o looking. The On trac folks are rude, drive wrong side roadway, exceed the speed limits, stop signs, what are stop signs? Caught their driver 3 times now in my driveway. Told him all three times my driveway is not his to use leaking oil all over the place. Today I told the driver he is very close to being pulled from his van and dealt with. May be worth a short stay in jail? Hate these disrespectful PUNKS!!! Wish I could leave negative stars."
"This company is honestly the worst run company! I had a purchase that was being delivered by OnTrac when I hadn’t received it I looked up tracking and saw it was marked delivered days earlier and noted it was left at my back door, I don’t have a back door! I called OnTrac and they opened an investigation and came back saying the drivers GPS for that day shows ‘near’ my house so someone must have ‘taken’ the package. They also had no answer to my ‘back door’ that I supposedly had! I worked with Kohl’s to get a duplicate item sent, it was showing out for delivery as of 8:55am this morning. I was advised they have till 9pm to deliver. It is now 10:30pm and I don’t have my package and the delivery driver isn’t responding to OnTrac. I will not buy from any company using OnTrac as their delivery service... seriously awful customer service! "

"Worst delivery company EVER. Amazon has used them 7 times to "deliver" to my home. Two items never arrived--"lost in transit"--and the other 5 times the item arrived days later. NOT ONE ON-TIME DELIVERY TO ME. OnTrac's website always shows the same thing: that the package was delivered to OnTrac's holding facility near my house, on the day after I placed my order, that it will be delivered later that day, yet it never arrives on time. Here is one example of an item that was supposed to arrive on Tuesday (this is from Amazon's website): "Now expected by Saturday We're sorry your package is late We're working with the carrier to get your package back on track, and we'll let you know when your package is out for delivery. Please come back Sunday if you still don't have it and we'll help you out." Was expected Tuesday, July 3 Finally, I called Amazon and told them to "deprioritize" OnTrac. In other words, Amazon will use UPS, Fedex, and pretty much any other delivery company. You CAN demand that companies like Amazon not use OnTrac. DON'T EVER USE "OnCrap" and insist that companies you deal with NEVER use them. "

"Sister needed a baby monitor delivered quickly. FedEx and UPS were expensive. OnTrac picked it up within two hours and delivered it to Colorado within two days. Right price, fast speed, and good service. Can't complain."

Waiting for package starting at 10am. look online around 4pm and see that they tried to deliver but business was closed. Looked at the video feed that shows the front door. Guy comes to door, reads sign that says... for delivery call.... he doesn't call. He doesn't knock. I'm literally on the other side of the door... waiting... he just walks away.
I call OnTrac... they say they will call him for redelivery, I should wait for a phone call. I wait... 5pm, 6pm, 7pm... I call OnTrac... guy is gone. No delivery today. Can't deliver on Saturday unless Amazon authorizes. I call Amazon.. nice woman calls OnTrac while I'm on phone with her. Says Ontrac will deliver Saturday between 8am-8pm... I have to wait all day again.. son of a....
I get in at 10am on Saturday... waiting waiting waiting.. about 2pm I call Ontrac.. tells me I'm not scheduled for Saturday delivery despite it being recorded that Amazon authorized Saturday delivery. Have small fit...

Now I have to spend my Monday from 8am- god knows when waiting for my package. I ordered this 2 day delivery for a reason. I neeed this package.
They literally have one job. ONE JOB. Delivery. They are incompetent beyond compare. How.. How.. HOW... the hell..."
"I receive weekly shipments that usually come via FedEx. I have received them for over 2 years. Lately the company has been using OnTrac and it has been a disaster. The shipment rarely ever gets to me on the day it is supposed to be delivered. The company is incapable of tracking their drivers to know when and if it will EVER get delivered. Their drivers have bold-face lied about making deliveries when they did not (one time they even had the gall to dump the delivery box (with perishables) out by the main road a week later after calming it was delivered on time!!). I have been so frustrated with this company over the past few months that just seeing their name makes me sick. DO NOT USE THEM!!!"

"This is the worst courier ever!!! They are late (by dayS) with my packages over 90% of the time. Then they flat out lie about the reasoning. Apparently "weather" caused delays between Spokane, WA and Hauser, ID. We are 30 minutes apart and the day was absolutely beautiful and the roads had already melted from the beautiful days we've been having. Not to mention UPS made a delivery just fine that same day and the days around it that weren't as beautiful. THEN they said it would absolutely be delivered that day I called in... NOPE, they delivered a different package, but 2 days later I still haven't received the package I called about. I really wish Amazon would stop allowing OnTrac to be used."
"One star is TOO MUCH. Minus one would be more accurate. I have a trial membership with Amazon Prime, and the very first order was mishandled by OnTrac, as well as the most recent--today. The drivers are lazy, incompetent, and liars. With the first delivery, the driver left my package at the management office, insisting I was not home, even though office personnel--who know me quite well--told her I had to be home because I do not travel in inclement weather. I was sitting inches away from the door, on my computer, monitoring tracking. LIAR. Then the most recent delivery fiasco... my package was scheduled for delivery yesterday and I sat here ALL DAY monitoring and waiting, only to learn there was an "issue" with my address, so they rescheduled for today but only AFTER I confirmed my address with OnTrac. They refused to accept Amazon's information. THIS time, the only way I even suspected my package may have been delivered is after hearing someone run up and then back down our outside metal stairs, and that's when I decided I'd better check tracking again. VOILA! It said my package was delivered, but at my "front door." It was NOT. The driver placed it against the wall next to my door. Oh, and of course, they NEVER answer their phones, but do say you can call(?) Really??? I have asked Amazon to cancel my Prime membership if they cannot use a better carrier. Too old for this nonsense."
"I have had three deliverys from Amazon go through this company. The first two were late by days, and the third one they lost after an alleged delivery attempt. All the deliverys they say they left notices on my door and no one was there to recive the package. It is a business, we were open and there. No excuses. This company is the worst."
"The OnTrac delivery man placed my package on the walkway in FRONT of my front fence right next to the street. Anyone walking by could have taken it. Luckily, I was watching for delivery and I saw the package there. Had I not been watching for the package, someone probably would have taken it. When I first saw it, I could not believe it was my package.
The delivery people normally open the small gate, walk 15 feet to my front door and leave packages there. Why Amazon uses OnTrac I don't know. If you have trouble with OnTrac from an Amazon order, call Amazon to complain:

Ask Amazon not to use OnTrac. Make sure you call Amazon and don't email them. That way you will get their attention. Tell Amazon saving 75¢ per delivery is not worth the aggravation.
