"The only way to get Amazon to quit using this horrid "service," OnTrac, is to return every shipment that is even one day late, forcing Amazon to pay the shipping costs both ways and receive no sales revenue in return. For the second shipment in a row, OnTrac threw the packing into the drainage ditch 700 ft. from my house. I saw it only by chance, hidden behind some sage brush. Fortunately, today's shipment missed the delivery commitment date by three days, so I could send it back to Amazon, shipping costs prepaid by Amazon."

"They are the worst. They have not delivered my package and it is already 3 days overdue. I spoke to their customer service today trying to locate the package and informing them that I tried emailing them 3 days ago and have not gotten any response. According to their website, they say they will get back to you via email ASAP. I mentioned this to their customer service rep and he said that means 3-4 days. WHAT?!?! Absolutely terrible service."
"Absolutely the worst carrier ever!!! Does not deserve even one star. Their tracking is a joke. They lose packages and then lie about the whereabouts. Out of 7 packages sent through them only two arrived on time, 2 lost forever, and three took up to two weeks to get delivered with a 3-7 day delivery promise (one of those they said they never received the package to ship, ha!). They leave packages on fences, trashcans, and at the bottom of driveways, all easy pickings for thieves. All these scenarios happened to people I sent packages to between this year and last year. I will no longer be ordering online from any company who uses OnTrac as their shipping carrier; Amazon and Hickory Farms to name two I regularly purchase from."

Have complained twice. You get this whole smeel about how sorry they are and a supervisor will call. So far no one nothing, nobody has responded. "
"Screwed deliveries 4 times out of 5. Amazon same day delivery with Ontrac is a nightmare. Ontrac doesn't deliver same day, looses packages, delivers to wrong addresses... If you can avoid using them - avoid. Absolutely unreliable service. They should be out of business."

This company is parking its commercial vehicles in Alameda in residential areas! They have two vans on the street on the 900 block of Santa Clara in Alameda right now, talking up three spaces in an area with tight parking. Many of our residents are elderly or infirm and are forced to drag their groceries down the street. Your a COMMERCIAL business - obtain legal parking.
Get it gone NOW and stop being a crappy neighbor."
"They wasted my entire day off when I arranged to have a package delivered today then laughed at me on the phone after telling me they "misplaced" it. I will make sure sellers don't use Ontrac before purchasing from them. Hours and Hours of my time wasted not to mention phone time with Amazon to get a refund. Now I'm told it will take days to get a refund before I can purchase from a different seller. I found a seller other than Amazon and at a cheaper price who doesn't use Ontrac. I had no idea buying from Amazon could be this bad. They kept me waiting with their cut and past responses for hours today. Just awful."
"This delivery company is the worst. Instead of coming to my buildings front door and looking up my name to have me buzz them in (I was home), for 2 days in a row they just drove by my building without even attempting to deliver the package. I witnessed that the driver didn't even get out of the truck.
I had to phone them on several occasions and their customer support was horribly lacking. Further, when I finally confronted the driver about this issue on the third attempt, he was rude, argumentative and totally unprofessional.
I will choose USPS, UPS, or FedEX over this company any day. "
