"Shortly after placing the order for my Sony TX5 camera, I received an e-mail congratulating me on my television purchase. It explained what I could expect from the shipping and setup process. That's great service, but I ordered a camera.

I replied to the e-mail to make sure some weird software glitch wasn't going to send me a TV set. I received a reply the next day apologizing for the inadvertent e-mail, and assured me I had my TX5 on the way.

My only complaint is that you can't look up your orders on their web site unless you have your invoice number. It seems intentionally designed to break warranties, and is a black spot on an otherwise stellar experience -- and is the reason for my less than perfect number of stars for overall satisfaction and customer service. It was very refreshing to receive a personal e-mail about my inquiry. I just wish they'd let you look up your orders easier.

The camera arrived quickly in great shape, double-boxed and packed well.

Overall a great experience -- other than their order lookup process.
