"I wanted to get a 58 inch plasma TV for Christmas. I started ordering on black Friday. After a bad experience with two other online companies I was ready to go to the local Best Buy but didn't want to pay the extra money or the tax so I tried Onecall mostly because their packing video was impressive.

To my surprise I was able to speak to someone from this country (not that outsourcing is always bad but you are dealing with a middle man) who was polite and sympathetic and didn't try to up sell me. I waited to see how the shipping would go because the second company I had ordered from failed when my TV came with a cracked glass screen.

The TV came as described on their web, lashed to a wooden pallet so it could not be stacked or put on it side. It was in perfect shape and came across country from Washington to NY.

"I never purchased a big screen TV online before, but I have purchased a diamond and a piano, so I thought I would give it a try. After much research, we found a company online with a good price but were concerned about the reputation. While OneCall was our preferred choice based on positive reviews, their price was not the best.

At all times, their representatives were very friendly, helpful, direct and made me feel that I have made the right decision. I have already recommended them and the TV to a number of my friends.

Definitely a top outfit in my eyes and I will give them my first priority next time I need to buy something else.

If you are ordering a large item, ask them to ship it via FedEx. Our FedEx delivery guy was extremely friendly and even helped us get the TV into our living room.

"After many weeks of reserch looking for the best plasma tv at the best price I decided to purchase the LG PK950 from One Call. All the effort paid off because I believe I really did get the best plasma tv! I submitted my order online on 12/8/10 and it arrived at my home on 12/10/10! The YRC truck driver backed into my driveway and unloaded the tv and rolled it into my garage. I checked the cardboard container for damage and none was visable. We removed whe top from the container and every thing was neatly packed and appeared to be in good condition. I moved the tv into my family room, installed the stand as indicated in the manual, made the connections as needed to power it on and after making the necessary adjustments as indicated in the startup manual I was truely amazed at the clear, bright colorfull picture. We watched several hours of blu-ray movies and HD programming and are really pleased with this LG and the great service and delivery from One Call. "
