"1st incident -
The worst customer service experience i ever had. I had returned a defective item and they received the item a week ago. And they still say they are processing the return even today. I am not sure whats happening???
2nd incident- A customer service rep on a chat told me he could offer me a Nikon VR 55-200 telephoto lens for $120 initially and suddenly went back on his words in the same chat session after committing to that price. He later says he has to ask some manager about it (most probably realized he was giving a deep discount), which he even did not mention initially.
