"This was my first order through OneCall.com. I was quite nervous, because I never ordered anything as substantial as a 59" TV from on internet merchant. There were dozens of online merchants to choose from, but OneCall's website was the best at explaining both their shipping and return procedures. I really liked the videos OneCall put together regarding shipping and returns in order to put someone like me at ease with the fears of online ordering.

Of course OneCall had the best price the day I ordered and was also a certified Samsung retailer. These last two factors were primarily the reason for my choice of OneCall.

I expected a shipping company like UPS or FedEx, but OneCall chose YRC, a company with which I was not familiar. I received my new TV in 5 business days, which was the low end of the expected delivery range. As shown in the OneCall video the TV was affixed to a pallet and a single damage-sensing capsule was attached to the TV box. The capsule did not indicate any damage to my relief. The box did show a 2" compression on one side, but inspection inside the box did not reveal any damage to the TV.
