"I ordered a set of OneOdio Bluetooth headphones from Amazon in 2019. They worked excellently until, 15 months later, one of the earphones broke loose from the central clasp in the course of normal use. I contacted OneOdio by email, asking if I could send in my damaged headphones for repair or replacement. They immediately reassured me that my headphones were fully backed by their 24-month warranty, and asked me to send them a photo of the damaged headphones. I did so, and they promptly shipped me a new set of the same model headphones, indicating the shipment tracking number. Their customer service was very courteous and professional.
