"I purchased a gift on DEC 2. When I went to check on the order, they charged me twice. After getting the 2nd charge removed, they must have cancelled both orders without even an email. I called customer service on DEC 11 and finally found out my order was cancelled even know the order status showed in process. I will never purchase anything from them and strongly urge you do the same."

"Paid regular shipping of $8.99 plus "super fast" shipping fee of $16.99 to get my order here on Nov 7. When it didn't come and I called they said it wouldn't be here until the 9th. I thought when it told me it would be here on the 7th that's what it meant. Apparently not, and all anyone will tell me is that it's not guaranteed on the weekend, since they base shipping on UPS schedules. On their shipping descriptions they say they use USPS. SCAM. I would review the dress but I still haven't gotten it. And when I do it will be too late to even wear it. Thanks a lot."
