"I made a purchase of $10 through paypal. 13 days later I still did not receive the credit. I have made three separate calls and every time I was told that the information will be forwarded to the credit departments for resolution. Nothing happens afterwards.

I have used them 5 years ago, and the service was just fine, but they recently revamped their website, and I discovered that that I could use my account for so many different services such as email fax, call forwarding, and they even have iphone apps to make wifi calls! "These guys are rip-off artists. Do not do business with them. Here is the long drawn out issue I have with them and they still have not done the refund.
1) I ordered service and could not log-in to the on-line account. It took them over 5-days (wow) to get that resolved. Since it took that long I went with another provider who gave me the instant service I needed.
2) I asked Onesuite to cancel my account. It is going on for about two weeks now and I constant need to send them the same information over and over that they are requesting. I just did it twice again today as the request came from two different CSRs.
It appears that this company's right hand does not know what the left hand is doing and therefore cannot provide even half decent service."

"I don't believe I am actually writing a bad review for a company, but I do not want anyone to have to deal with what I have been going through. I should have read the other reviews before I made my purchase. It's almost two weeks since I made my purchase, and it still does not work. I am ready to switch to another service. Customer service is slow to get back, they do not read the problem, and they send the same reply each time. I do not even want to tell you how many emails I have sent them in the past week and a half. Customer service is horrible. In my last email, I requested my case be escalated, and the same tech (Mon Santiago) replied without escalation disregarding my request, and his repetitive suggestion still did not work (duh). Another tech I dealt with on the same issue (Arlene Rose Sevilla), also useless sending the same information.
In addition to ill-knowlegeable techs who do not take the time to truly help, it takes this company days to get back from an email request. And so the whole process of going nowhere takes a long time. By the way, I had an issue with this company upon opening my account as well. My account did not work, and customer service did not even call me back when promised. Although the problem of getting my account working was eventually resolved, the problem of their service working has not been resolved. What good is having an account if the service does not work?
My advice... avoid this company at all costs. Even if your service does work, trust me when I say you will not want to deal with their support team if you ever to need them.

"I try to get the service. Costomer service not very polite. The ads on the internet would not tell you that you pay today and need days to be able to use the fax service. Of course charges are r away. Then returning your mony back takes weeks. I needed the service the same day. So did not work for me. The costomer dervice phones are very bad quality (while talking to them you heear youe own voice like an echo. Think they use Voip, but a really bad one.
If you decide to take the risk, at least use a service like Pay Pal to be protected.

"Beware. You forfeit any minutes/funds you don't use within any given six month period. I signed up years ago and "fueled" my account with a $30 deposit. I found the all quality to be substandard so stopped using it. Recently decided to check back into it and see how much credit I had only to find my account had been disabled and the balance of my funds were gone."
"I totally agree with aili...I've been using OneSuite for a long time and I am happy with the services they provid. That 6 motnhs expiration policy was long time ago....they changed it so everytime you make a call or send a fax or even redeem your bonus credits, each action extends the expiration by 6 months. so essentially your account will never expire if it remains active."
"I've been using onesuite for 10 years, and they've saved me hundreds of dollars on my international calls and faxes with decent services. Since most people tend to vent their negative experiences and don't applaud the good ones as much, I figured I should share this one.
Recently, I also received a 15% bonus recharge coupon as part of their loyalty program. It was a bit confusing at first, but they cleared it up with a follow-up email. I don't think they're trying to pull any stunts or mislead customers on purpose.

When you add the $10.00 it says min bonus they will post is $2.00. Complsained and they said they would honor the $10.00 min but their web site rejects my bonus only request.

"Went to Onesuite site after reading many good reviews. Signed up for ten dollars. Filled in form, credit card info, etc. and clicked submit. Instead of a confirmation page I was told that my credit card was rejected.
I immediately called my cc company (Visa) and they told me that I had been charged ten dollars by onesuite. That was over 24 hours ago. I wrote their support department and told them my story. That was over 24 hours ago.
So far..no account...no reply to my email...nada..zip..nothing.

"OneSuite.com is a total scam. I have had nothing but problems for four years using their service. Half of the time they are down and the access numbers do not work. Finally, on 06/02/09, I cancelled my account. I was told by the the Representative Reggie ID # 068 I would receive a credit on my credit card of $43.93 within 8-10 business days. I did not. They only credited my account for $10 meaning I have lost $33.93 to these financial terrorists. I have attempted to discuss the issue with them via phone, but they just hang up. I have written them an email to no av avail.
