Hatte eine Nikon Z8 und ein Objektiv bestellt, die von deutschen Händlern nicht lieferbar waren. Bestellung am Donnerstag Abend, am Montag Mittag war der Body da, am Mittwoch das Objektiv. Keine Zollgebühren. Lieferung perfekt!!
Ich werde bei diesem Händler bleiben. Sie Ersparnis bei dieser Bestellung gegenüber deutschen Lieferanten betrug ca. EUR 2.000,00"

"I purchased a £259 TP-Link router after researching this router for some time.
It boasts a 3-year manufacturer's warranty, and my last TP-Link router was 6 years old and lacking some newer tech and speeds (But it still works).
Last week it had a number of issues and i contacted TP-Link support, after some testing and help they determined there is a hardware fault that is covered by the TP-Link warranty and advised me to contact seller which they provided a Case ID ready for a return.
Here is the response from OneStop Digital...

I have reminded them of my statutory rights and also provided them with TP-Links diagnosis and the case ID which is their return authority.

local warranty will no longer covered.

The website does not alert to this being their stance at all. Not on the product description, FAQ's, Terms and Conditions or Warranty info pages.
At best, the warranty page states they cover "12 months "Return to Base" warranty for cameras, camcorders, lenses and flashguns"... of which the router is none of.
I would highly resist the pricing and seek a more reputable seller, because this company will do the best they can to get out of warranty work, even if the manufacturer admits an issue."

Order made on 05/29/2022. Today is 06/13/2022 and the order has still not been shipped.
The seller gives false reasons such as the need to X-ray the packages before shipping.

the seller's answer about French customs is a lie. the tracking number provided proves that the package was never sent. this seller is a scammer.
Take a good look at the seller's response which mentions a UK warehouse.
Onestop Digital is a Chinese company based in Hong Kong: Onestop Digital, Room 7, 8/F., Hai Phong Mansion, 99-101 Nathan Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
This company is not registered in the UK and does not have a UK or European VAT number.
Following their declaration concerning UK and French customs, we contact the authorities to file a complaint.
PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR UK VAT NUMBER AND ADRESS IN UK, IT WILL BE INTERRESTING FOR EVERYBODY"
"CAUTION! Not trustworthy, not transparent. Placed an order for $2500 end of December. Still nothing mid-Januari. "Customer support" responds repeatedly with "we are sooo sorry for the inconvenience". Looks very unprofessional to me, because I don't want your 10x sorry, just solve the problem. They send you a DHL shipping label with "track&trace" that is constantly pending for 3 weeks. They keep blaming DHL, or the holidays season, while the holidays season were already past and other companies had already delivered. I've contacted DHL, the shipment has not been transferred to them yet. You can't find the company's address and phone number on the website. Contact only by mail feels extremely frustrating. They ignore your request to cancel the order. My lawyer started to become suspicious. We contacted PayPal, and luckily I got my money back."
"I bought a camera from One stop Digital in March this year and within 6 months it has packed up and is not working at all. When I contacted them they wanted me to send it to Hong Kong from the UK. I took it to a shop here in the UK and was later informed that it would cost more than what I paid for it to repair it. The warranty that One stop digital gave me is not worth the paper its written on. Avoid this company at all costs"
"Skip this company! Camera took unrecognizable pictures & videos, lighting and focus problems. Return "policy" 5 days. Strap included was brown, camera was black/silver. Everything sent (camera, manual, warranty, invoice ..all) in Chinese or Japanese. Communication difficult. Warning!"

"I ordered an item. It took me two emails to get a status update before they replied (apparently my email went to their Junk folder?!). Finally, I heard back from them to say the item has been despatched and is on its way to Australia. I then check the delivery status days later. Despite reading that my item is on board with the courier and is to be delivered ‘today’ (since when does today stretch out over three days?). Then after placing a query with Fastway Couriers (OneStop Digital’s carrier) a few days ago I just received an email to say my item has been ‘deemed lost’ and to contact the supplier. I have sent both parties emails and eagerly await their respective responses. I will reserve judgement on OneStop pending their action and response to my email. If it is satisfactory this one star rating will most likely be elevated. If not, my experience will be published to a much wider audience than this feedback/review page.

Delivery from order time was less than seven days and we were kept informed by e-mail of progress.
