Prayers don't help!
"If you order a book from Christian Book, you had better pray that it gets to you on time! I ordered a book my child needed for school on August 23. On August 26 I received an email that the book had been shipped and was given a tracking number. As of today, August 29 the US Postal Service has no record of the shipment. After emailing Christian Book I was first informed that the book would arrive on September 6! After I complained, I received another email indicating that it would arrive on September 4! Totally unacceptable that it should take 12 days to get a book from Massachusetts to Ohio! Avoid this reseller!"

Pleasant surprise!
"O.K., I was skeptical. I'd never heard of Onestop Ditigal before, but it popped up on an internet search and it not only had the best price on the NISI Pro V6 filter system, it had a better price than the "big boys" were offering on V5! So, I took a chance. My NISI V6 100mm kit with the Landscape Circular Polarizing lens arrive in less than a week (to Ohio, USA). It was in perfect condition, well-wrapped, in the original, sealed packaging. While this is no guarantee that everyone will receive the same great price, free shipping, and service that I did, I can only state that this was a fantastic experience!"

"I thought I was getting an amazing Black Friday deal, a PNY 128GB thumb drive for $70 with a $70 rebate. So, who wouldn't bite? After placing the order I downloaded the rebate form and realized that it required activating a software program and then signing up for automatic annual renewal. So, it really wasn't free. I immediately (within 5 minutes) called customer service at Tiger Direct to cancel the order and was told that it wasn't in the system yet, so they couldn't cancel it. I was told to try back in 30 minutes or use the "Live Chat" feature. I tried that (now 15 minutes post-order) and, after ten minutes waiting for the "live chat" representative, a message popped up informing me "live chat" was not available and that I should send a "message" using. I sent the cancel message. When there was no response to that message, I repeated the process two hours later. Same result: initially, I was informed that I was 3 in line, then 2, then next, then that a representative was unavailable. This is non-sense! Customer service is awful, no way to cancel an order. Then, this morning, I received an email indicating that the item has shipped. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS RIP OFF ARTIST COMPANY."

"Absolutely stunning service. I ordered the very hard to find Olympus OMD EM-10 in Silver on Sunday, spoke with sales by telephone on Monday to confirm my shipping address because I made an error in the spelling of my home city, and then received the camera on Tuesday (free shippping). Wow! I am a new huge fan of Roberts Camera."

"These guys are a fraud. After ordering a Nikon 18-200mm VR lens, I was sent an email asking me to call Sonic to confirm the order. When I did, I spoke with Daniel, who asked me what kind of camera I had. I told him (a Nikon D3 and D300), and he said I should "upgrade" to the better Sigma lens. He told me the Nikon was "old technology" and I'd be much better off with the Sigma. (Absurd!) I asked if the Nikon lens was the latest version, and he replied it was. (I had emailed Sonic earlier to confirm that it was a Nikon USA lens, and the return email informed me that it was.) Within an hour of telling Sonic that I did not want the Sigma lens instead of the Nikon, I got an email from Sonic canceling my order. DO NOT TRUST SONIC. IT IS A BAIT AND SWITCH OPERATION!!!!"
