"They claimed to have a pair of boots that I wanted (very quickly) in stock. I placed my order and was called 3 days later to be notified that they were not in stock and wouldn't be shipped from their facility for a week. I was out of town on business (oilfield) and was not sure where I was going to be when they shipped them, so I canceled my order. A week later, when the boots were supposed to be "in stock" I placed an order for the same boots again. Once again, I was told it would be a week before they had them to ship them to me. I told them I would wait the week if they would overnight them to me. I was literally laughed at and was told "that would be too expensive", even though I had paid for 3 day shipping.
I would not recommend shopping here for boots!! Their customer service is absolutely horrible. Pay the 5 dollars (or so) more somewhere else and be treated like a valued customer. "

I ordered them, paid for them, and then received a notice that my payment was refunded because the item was no longer available. As an E-Commerce seller, it is important to KNOW your products availability. That is my only complaint. Payment was refunded promptly."
