"ordered some doc marten boots, but they were out of stock so, they cancelled my order. a couple months later, they were back in stock, but i ordered the wrong size (my original order was the correct size), but the sizing is kind of confusing. anyway, i should have read the fine print cause i had to pay 14.00 to ship them back to exchange them in late may. it's almost the end of june, and i don't have my boots yet - although someone did call to confirm the correct address. i've emailed them for the status of this return twice - no response. maybe the third time will be a charm? so, the price was good, shipping was slow, return policy sucked, and i'm still without the correct boots with no response from this seller. probably will not order from again based on this experience."
