"I placed an order in January and have received nothing but excuses from bestgadget. The tracking order is in Chinese. They will not credit my account. This is one to stay away from."

purchased a shower head and after my purchase went through was sent a “suggestion” to purchase the hose which I didn’t think would be sold separately. I sent an email to their costumer service 30 seconds after placing the order stating I wanted to cancel and they advised me They could refund my order minus $7.90 for “processing fees”. After stating I wanted my refund they stopped responding so I emailed once again and was told they shipped my order and there is nothing they could do. I emailed again with the chain of emails showing how quickly I wanted to return the product and was told again they can’t do anything.
Disgusting excuse for a company. Costumer service is absolutely number one and you guys will never have my business and I hope this changes someone’s mind next time they are choosing to purchase from a “company” like this."
"I ordered something on January 17, 2020 from Best Gadget Store ad on Facebook. I was sent a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to put in the tracking number. I’ve ordered things online before and never had any problems and didn’t think anything of it. But now that it’s been almost two weeks and my tracking number is always unavailable, I can’t get replies from emails and never any returned calls. The number I’ve called goes straight to voicemail for a woman named Kim with Best Gadget Store customer service. I’ve called many times with no response. Fearing the worst I checked about a scam and came across this page. Thank god it was only $31.90. I’ve learned my lesson - never order on Facebook."
"We ordered some gifts on Nov 29,2019. WE have called and sent emails about the order and always receive the same message - please wait a few more days. Tracking system says they never shipped there gifts from China. We have canceled the order and now we'll fight to get our money back. Avoid them at all costs - its a scam!!!"

"The Website for the Best Gadget Store only takes your money and does not provide any products you ordered. The phone number, ***-***-****, is a Miami, FL. number and the address is a Canadian address. A phone call to the City Hall of Coronation in Alberta Canada revealed that the address of 4908 Royal Street is a vacant lot. A check of White Pages finds that there is no known registrant for that number so even though it shows as a landline there is no address. I'm sure that a little more investigation would find out who this person is, but it is not worth my time. Don't be caught by this person like I was."

"Ordered Hangout Sofa on 4/20. It shipped, apparently on 5/9 and at this point. I haven't seen it. I wish I would of just looked at Amazon since I could of purchased the product for less and had it in two days with my Prime membership. From the look at the item, remember I haven't even seen it yet, the same version could of been had for $25 a piece, rather than the $35 a piece. First and last time I ever get steered to buy anything from a Facebook ad and that's on me. Unfortunately, I don't seem to have any recourse, since we wanted to have these two items for our summer vacation which is this coming weekend."
