"Beware: Call first to confirm inventory. This vendor did a Bait & Cancel with me. HP 175X product not in stock, even though clearly marked as In Stock. Order cancelled by vendor; stated that item was "moved to not available". 24 hours later, item still shows as In Stock on website. They have no idea what they have in stock and what they don't. In Stock designation means *call for availability*. Now I have lost time and need to reorder from someone else to meet my scheduled appointment with my customer. Guess I'm as spoiled as a new.egg, which makes me as mad as an amaz0n! I will not be ordering from this vendor again. "
"Printer broke down at work, so we decided to order another one and get it overnighted while we had this one repaired (which would take a few days.)
After shopping around I found onlinemicro had both great prices and low cost shipping (for overnight at least.)
Placing the order was fairly simlpe, though I noticed I had transposed two digits in the billing zip code, and tried to edit the order; which of course, was broken. Luckily I had the ability to add any comments at the bottom at the final step, so I noted that the zip code was incorrect and gave the correct zip code.
Two days later, checking on the order it says it's still being processed, so I called up to make sure it was going to ship today (overnight shipping doesn't mean anything if it takes along time to actually ship out) and got the strangest guy I think i've ever talked to. I couldn't identify his accent, but it wasn't that think; he was clearly understandable. After looking up the order, he seemed confused on what to do. I asked him when it would be processed and shipping, and he said I had just placed the order yesterday. I mentioned that it was 2 days ago, and he said that it didn't matter, since that was a saturday or sunday (he seemed confused on which it was) which of course confused me, as today is thursday. After informing him that today was thursday, and two days ago was tuesday, he seemed to want to skip on ahead (I don't blame him, nor did I really care) and questioned the zip code at the bottom. I explained that I couldn't edit the form, and that two numbers in the zip code got typo'd. He started questioning me on what a zip code was. He seemed completely stumped. I was pretty surprised that he didn't know, and seemed to take offence that I expected him to know everything (such as what a zip code was) and I asked if he knew how to cancel my order - which he agreed to do in a rather angry manner before hanging up on me.
Within a few minutes I got a call from a woman informing me that the order had already shipped. She gave me a tracking number which I immediately checked, and confirmed that it had already shipped the day before. When I asked her why the other guy didn't tell me it had shipped she said that she had looked up my order, and he couldn't do that (note that the guy put me on hold for a couple minutes while he looked up the order) Really confused about what was going on, I had to question where they were (I didn't recognize their accent, and most people who work outside of the US in online retail still know what a zipcode was) She informed me they were in california. I told her good day, and she hung up on me. She seemed annoyed, I wonder if the dude was handi-capped or something, and she was mad that I was asking him to do customer service? Whatever, aslong as I get my printer. "
"Purchased a HP Designjet 500 plotter from this company. Shipping was fast and the customer service was excellent. They responded to my querries the same day.
The problems I have with this store are:
1. When I made my payment via wire transfer the company got $30 short. They indicated the they cannot ship the order unless the $30 was paid.
2. Their website has no mechanism for filtering into sub-categories.
Despite the above I would recommend this website to anyone and continue to purchase from them.

When I called to get pre-sales information, I got the answers to my questions like there was a restocking fee for returned items, but when I called and had to leave a message about something else, I did not get a call back. I did not get a confirmation via email when I made the order but later did get an email that the order had shipped. It arrived in the expected time I asked for. The package was adequate.
Overall, I am pleased with the transaction as I got what they advertised on their web site, it was the correct part and the price was awesome. The only thing I want to impart to others is there were no instructions for installation / setup with it (what do you expect for such a cheap price), but I got all I needed off HP's web site - so you need to know what you are doing.

"They had a great price on my sony clie' and it's working. This was a great experience. The only thing is that they don't send you a tracking number and it took me 5 phone calls before I finally got the tracking number. A guy named Sam said he was going to "email it to me as soon as it was available" but it's now been 3 days and I still haven't got anything from him. Anyway I got the tracking number 2 days before it was delievered so it all worked out well....just a little more hassle then needed to get a tracking number."
"I bought a multifunction laser printer from Online Micro. I chose FedEx Ground shipping and the printer was delivered exactly one week after I ordered. According to FedEx tracking, the item was shipped one day after I ordered. The printer arrived fine despite poor FedEx delivery--The driver left the printer at the front door without knocking and it was drizzling! Luckily, I retrieved it immediately. One note regarding shipping tracking: The vendor's website does not provide the tracking number. I had to request it by email, and my request was answered quickly.
I have to say that I was hesitant to order from Online Micro at first. The vendor had the same lowest price for the printer as another vendor in the Southern CA area. That other vendor has a horrid reputation, so I was afraid that they were both the same. Apparently, they are not.

"I was sort of scared to order from this place seeing as how they had such a rediculously low price on brand new HP JetDirect 300X print servers.
I called on the phone because I wanted to be sure they were in stock. The guy who answered the phone didn't speak very good English, so I had to repeat and spell a lot of information. But he still was very polite and efficient with my order.
To my amazement, despite the fact that I only asked for FedEx ground shipment (which was free, by the way), I received all 4 of the JetDirect boxes in less than 48 hours, complete with invoice and all.
These guys are great as far as I can tell. Granted I haven't had to return or cancle anything... but the purchasing experience has been great!"
