Just received the V220 Logitech mouse today 3/15/2012 --- I was not aware that this was a refurbished item - I thought it was going to be NEW!!! Looked back on the OnSale ad --- could NOT find anything saying they were "REBURBISHED" - MUST have been in the VERY SMALL PRINT SOME PLACE - I could have bought this item refurbished on Ebay all day long for the OnSale price of $9.99 OR LESS --- NOT HAPPY!!!!

"After placing order, I was informed that Onsale refused to ship to my USA address because of there discrimination of US citizens located in Puerto Rico. I informed them that the cost of shipment by the USPS is the same for California as well as Puerto Rico. I rerouted the package to Ohio. I will bring this discrimination to the attention of our State Representatives. I do not expect to purchase from Onsale in the future and will purchase from sites that treat USA customers the same."
