"Over a week ago I bought a $10 Domino's Pizza gift card for $5.99. I don't believe I had even heard of OnSale prior to that, so I am fairly certain I was a new customer.

First, the info you on their website, then the info you receive after you order are conflicting:

E-mail immediately after purchase:

YOUR GIFT CARD WILL BE SHIPPED & YOU SHOULD RECEIVE WITHIN 7-10 DAYS.

So, right now I don't know if I just have never received the e-mail with the coupon code, or if I need to be watching my mailbox for a physical card?

Either way, the info given to me *PRIOR* to the sale has not been fulfilled.

And now I am reading about others have also not received their codes. What's even more troubling is that people are saying they are now receiving refunds, with no prior warning or explanation. Some are being told they are not new customers.

To the best of my knowledge, I am a new customer. My e-mail box is now flooded with daily e-mails from OnSale, whereas prior to a week ago it was not, basically confirming to me I am a new customer.

So, it should not be cancelled for that reason. But as of now, my order's in limbo as far as I can tell? No refund, nothing from OnSale, conflicting info from OnSale pre-sale and immediately post-sale.

Well, I am writing this as OnSale send me an e-mail asking me to rate my experience.

Thank you for asking OnSale. But I am very dissatisfied. I feel I have *PAID* $5.99 to be added to some scammer's spam list. This should be illegal.

"Well it looks like I got what I paid for, but it seems really shady. Turns out its a e-gift car even when the conformation email clearly said a gift card would be shipped to me. No where did it say anything about just getting a set of numbers. If it works ill still be happy, but if it doesn't this whole thing has just been a waste of time.
