"Purchased $10 CVS card for $5.99. Order confirmed via email stating that promo code would be emailed within 48 hours. No email. Called customer service and found that, due to overwhelming demand, the emails containing promo code were delayed. Customer service rep apologetic and courteous. Suggest Onsale let purchasers know when delays are expected."
