I've ordered a few items from OnSale now and my opinion is an uncertain one. I like the deals but I'm beginning to lose trust in the sellers they work with. The first purchase I made was for a collection of comic books, purchased as a gift. I was happy with most of the transaction, but I wish the need to wait a few days for the coupon code was more clear up front. I also wish the items that do not cover the ENTIRE cost of the purchase were more clearly marked. My current frustration is with HappyCases.com who could not make a Christmas delivery due to manufacturing issues and now indicates my purchase has shipped, though I have never received it. Their web site has limited contact information (an e-mail address only) and their FAQ indicates other methods of contact but points to a page with no contact information. I will be very careful to find out more about the company OnSale is reselling for before I buy anything in the future.

I think all-in-all OnSale has had some excellent deals, as evidenced from the fact that I've purchased 3 things from the site in the last 3 weeks. I do wonder whether or not the sites they work with inflate their prices for the duration of the sale to make the discounts appear greater, but that doesn't affect the good price I feel I'm getting from OnSale compared to research elsewhere online. I do find it odd that I can't purchase my item from the coupon I received from OnSale (beta) until two days after the order, but as long as I'm aware of that I don't mind and can plan accordingly. I think it should be more obvious to people (beyond small type in the coupon text) that the purchase cannot be made for 2 days. At least OnSale provides a follow-up e-mail if your item isn't marked as purchased. All-in-all, I like the variety of items and the discounts seem good."

I order from tons of sale websites all the time, and have probably ordered more than one item from onsale.com lately. The date doesn't really help me, though it may help a lot of people who don't order much. So I really do not know which order this e-mail is referring to. I think the last one I can remember is Subway, so I'll just use that as an example to fill this out. But please put the ordered item on future surveys! I am not willing to dig through my old emails to figure it out just for a survey."
