evidently this company needs to be a little more specific in its explaining of gift card giveaways, because nowhere in the regulations did it say it had to be from one sale it just said spend over 10 dollars to recieve gift card. i will be posting this negative review on facebook and twitter and letting everyone know to not trust this company for thier crooked schemes! i even contacted them by email and explained to them what i had purchased and they said i would recieve a email within 2 days explaining when i would recieve my gift card, now they are saying the opposite, even groupon isnt this crooked!
the whole reason i purchased the items i did was for the gift card, and for your information, i had to settle for 2 companies as follows....one company after purchasing a 20 dollar gift card only offered 3 items available for my cat, when it is a pet supply company. the other company decided it didnt think i should be able to use my coupon for a pair of shoes that was on sale, after complaining back and forth in 4 emails, they finally released the coupon for use on them, i have never had so much trouble with a company like this, and after this, i think i wont have to worry about it again. i actually had forwarded this companies info to friends for future purchased, looks like i better contact them back before they complain to me about this companies service!"

"This was my second onsale purchase, it went fine as it was an online printable coupon, I have not gotten the free subway card that is given along with it yet.
My complaint with Onsale is on my previous purchase of a
Subway card that took over one month to receive, in fact, they did not ship the card until I sent them an email asking where it was. Then they replied that it was shipped and recieved which sort of ticked me off- not even an apology or explaination and when I replied back that they card had not been received as they indicated by the time customer service answered back it had been 3 days and the card had indeed been delivered. Which they trumpeted- again no apology. No small offer of compensation. When I asked for something they merely told me it was a popular offer and that is why it was so late.
In contrast Living Social has amazing customer service and response- I would highly recommend them. Onsale- not so much"

"It took a little longer than I thought it would to receive my gift card in the mail. When it finally arrived, it wasn't what I ordered. The packing slip matched my order but the gift card included was for a different restaurant. I contacted customer service through e-mail and they rectified the situation by sending me the gift card I originally ordered and also let me keep the card that they sent by mistake. I was pleased with the outcome but would be leary of buying from them again if it was more than just a few dollars "
