"Very bad experience. Ordered a week ago and was charged on my credit card that day but gift card never arrived. Called customer service and was initially told that there was no order for my e-mail address. When I told them I was charged and I have a confirmation e-mail, I was then told the order was cancelled. I received no notification that the order was cancelled and no refund. The CSR said that refunds take 5 - 7 days to process (even though the charge showed up the next day). I will be disputing with my credit card company since I do not trust they will refund my money (since, had I not called in, I would have never known my order was cancelled)."
