"Not very good. The site sent me an Email with a 'deal' for a subway gift card at a discount. When I went to the site I saw 2 other very good deals. I clicked ot buy them all together, but the site didn't allow me to do that so I did 2 different transactions. I later got an Email saying that I wasn't eligible to receive the transaction with 2 gift cards because 1 of those 'deals' was for new customers only. The fact that I purchased the other cart first meant I wasn't a "new" customer. When I called customer service they explained that to me. I told them this was my FIRST time at the site, but that didn't matter... NO understanding from CS... as if they were the computer too. BAD CUSTOMER "SERVICE" period!"
