After I placed my order, I have no idea what I need to do next. In one email from OnSale.com, it said "You need to redeem the counpon" In another email, it said "the item will be send to your directly". It have been over a week now since i have placed my order and still I have not idea what's going. I called customer service and I keep on getting the run round. It would be nice if OnSale can follow some simple procedure like Amazon provides after custmer their customer make a purchase. Like Order #, Ship Date, Shipper and so on......
