"My experience was not very good. The item was out of stock, but it took the customer service rep 2 days after I ordered it to inform me. He informed me that it could be shipped to your Memphis location by 4/20, but there are no guarantees. I asked him when I would receive the item then based on a 4/20 estimated arrival in Memphis, and if it was going to be another 7-10 days later than that estimated date, to please cancel. It took 2 days to respond to me (and another follow-up email by me) of which I got the exact same answer verbatim: "That the item will ship to your Memphis location by 4/20, no guarantees." So, I asked if if my order is then cancelled. After another full day and another follow-up email from me, my cancellation showed up online finally if I clicked on the tracking link that said my item was being shipped.
I never did receive another email response from the customer service rep. I told him that I don't believe that I received very good service as I thought I was asking very simple questions.
I ordered the product from a competitor in the mean time once I felt like there was a high probability my order was cancelled (or I could at least prove my attempts to cancel). I received it the order from the competitor on 3/30. It costs me $10 more, but it was worth it because now I can have my surround sound scheduled to be installed this coming week and I do not have to wait up to an additional month (no guarantees).
