"I ordered a Crimson Trace for my Sig 365. (422 Green)

When it arrived it looked like the shipping box had been used as a soccer ball, the entire end had been crushed. I took a chance and opened the shipping box and found the CT box had been broke open at the glued bottom. It had been held together by pressure sensitive tape. The top of the CT box was still taped shut.

I took a chance and assembled the site on the 365. Crimson trace is just up I5 and this being my third one I knew they would fix it if needed. It did work but the laser was off at 30 feet, two feet high and two feet right. This is not the way my other two sights were, both were very close to being right on.

In the end it dialed in and at 30feet just put the dot on the X and it is good to go. The 365 site fits great, and has some nice features. You do mot have to take it apart to change the battery, it has a sliding cap with a detent on the bottom, nice thought. All my sights are green and very bright in daylight. I have one for the Ruger LCPII and one on a SIG 220 .45. I can put the Green on a steel plate at 25 yards and make it consistently ding.

I don't know what Optics Planet can do about the quality of their shipping control. Their price was good as was excellent as was the shipping. As far as Crimson Trace goes they are great."
