"This was my first purchase from Optics Planet. I found the item I was looking for at Optics Planet and found that if I ordered a certain dollar amount the shipping was free. Since I was already looking to order 2 magazines, I went ahead and ordered a 3rd to put me over that mark to save on shipping. It was the Monday or Tuesday after Father's Day weekend and they still had a 10% off coupon for that as well so that knocked it down a bit more. All in all, I got the products cheaper than I could have anywhere else. All this would have scored 5-star, however, I took a star off for the processing time. It took 4-5 days to process my order BEFORE a shipping label was even created. In this day and age of online shopping, you have to do better than that. That wasted almost an entire business week just to get my order (3 rifle magazines) ready to ship. I chose the standard ground shipping because it was free so I was willing to accept that it would take 4-5 business days to get to me via this shipping method. But in reality it took closer to 10 business days because of the processing lag. As a result, if I need something in the future and time is a consideration, I won't order from here. If I have a couple weeks to spare and the price is right, maybe. Let's be honest, when we order stuff for our guns we kind of want it yesterday...If that is you, consider alternatives."
