I have placed several different orders on there website which did not have the check availability option associated with the item which means they have it in stock only to find out they didnt have my items I had placed after i had paid extra for expedited shipping. Several of my items took weeks if not months for it to be shipped. So I decided to shop on Amazon and Brownells. You can not beat Amazon's shipping, bar non there shipping is impeccable."

"I placed two orders on the same day. One for a mount and battery combo and one for a thermal scope. The next day my battery order was cancled because they could not offer it any more even though they had both the battery and mount available separete. They would not honor what they sold me the day before. Days later I was told my scope was backordered even though it did not state it on the website when I ordered it. It was pushed out one month. Then I was told it was pushed out another month. I am now on the fourth month with an expected ship date of 5/29. I tried to compomise and offered to split the difference of the next modle up which is in stock but they could only offer me a $150 discount. I do not agree with how the conduct business, their customer service is awful, and I would not recomend using them if you ever want to see what you ordered. "
"My order for 4 in stock items was split. 1 item shipped relatively quick. The other 3 items didn’t arrive at the same time so I reached out to the seller. They let me know they aren’t expected until the end of the month (3 weeks out), which is contradictory to their website which still showed as in stock. Those 3 weeks care and went. At that point I called again and was told the same story. I pulled up their website and discussed with the rep who then said my order would be processed the next day. Another week later I finally got what I ordered."
