"Bought a new gun and wanted to add a few things so found OpticsPlanet and decided to give them a try because they were a few bucks cheaper. Few days passed after placing my order and got an email saying 2 of the 4 items were out of stock and not expected to be in until 3 weeks later! Had I known this, I never would have placed to order to begin with. Few weeks went by, no form of communication other than constant spam emails around 3-4x per day trying to get you to revisit site and buy more. Finally after waiting around 2.5wks I called them to see what the deal was since, again, they hadn't contacted me, and after being on hold for almost an HOUR, found out they were holding my other items until the out of stock items returned. "Would you like me to ship those separately and get those out to you, sir?" Ummm YES! Duh!! Even ended up canceling an item I no longer needed because I waited so long. Few days later the 2 items that were in stock showed up but I was still waiting on the out of stock item. 2 more weeks passed, still no email concerning item. Heck, I didnt even get an email saying my other items had shipped. After about 5 weeks total, I was getting ready to call again about out of stock item and came home to it. Again, no "your item has shipped" email, "your item has been delivered" ..nothing. TERRIBLE communication about products actually purchased! To top it off, when I opened up my package, even though the receipt clearly says "grey" I recieved a "green" mag extension. Luckily it was another color I had considered and since I didn't wanna go through all the bull crap again, I kept it. They can figure it out! Absolutely terrible experience and I will not buy from OpticsPlanet or recommend anyone else do so either! I'd give less than 1 star if I could!"
