"Placed an order on the morning of the 19th, and my credit card was charged that day. Here it is 12 days later, and still nothing in the mail. Wish I'd found this website before giving them my credit card number, as I'm sure I'll be fighting the charges.
Sigh...after reading all these reviews, I just checked the USPS tracking website to find that they never delivered the package to the post office for mailing. I'm so bummed."

I ordered a replacement remote from OriginalKeyless on 5/22/09 over a weekend. Due to the fact they are apparently "fly-by-night" one-person operation, they didn't debit my card until May 25th - not a problem. They then e-mailed me a "confirmation" indicating my "order would be shipped within 72 hours." I thought it odd that it would take a "company" 3 days to shipped a paid 3oz. order, but ok (small company). A week went by and no shipping confirmation. When I inquired via e-mail, (there is no direct phone contact available) I was sent an auto-reply template directing me to the "about us" section of their web site where they tell you USPS generally delivers in 4-10 business days after your order shipment confirmation and that USPS only provides tracking info. after an item has been DELIVERED.
To sum it up, it's July 23rd and I have recieved NO ORDER, NO EXPLANATION, NO RETURNED PHONE CALL, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY $52.49 LATER, NO PRODUCT!!!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM ARTIST!! IT DOES NOT TAKE TWO MONTHS TO SHIP AN ITEM FROM ARIZONA TO CALIFORNIA!! FIND ANOTHER LEGITIMATE COMPANY!!

"Got a used 2004 RX8 early april. All it came with was a single key. No keyless remote no second key. So I went searching and found a decently priced keyless remote from Original Keyless. Went ahead and bought the control, I saved over $100 compared to the dealer price of $170.
Any way, today is May 7 which is one month later and still have no remote. I emailed them several times and attempted to call them. All their emails are cut and paste from pre written responses, saying the office is so busy and the post office is slow. No matter what time of day, I always get their voice mail. One time I called and the line was busy, then I called back 5 min later and yet still no answer. YOU WERE JUST ON THE PHONE!
Went to ebay and found a 2005 RX8 remote which is a switchblade key and remote for approx the same price. its been one day so Im waiting on that now."
"I ordered a Nissan remote from these guys on April 20th, almost 2 weeks ago now. The same thing has happened to me that seems to have happened to everyone else here. I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered...
When I paid they said that my order would be shipped within 72 hours. It was actually 5 days until they sent me an email saying that they had shipped my item, which was a lie because when I try to track it at usps.com it says that "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on April 25, 2009 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date."
Which means that they havent actually shipped it, they just printed an electronic label for the package and then sat on it.
The funny thing is, after I read these reviews I decided to buy the same remote on eBay, since I needed 2 anyways. I ordered it on April 22 and received it in the mail on April 26. And to top it off, it was only $18 on eBay, whereas OriginalKeyless charged me $37 for the same remote.
My advice: if you really want a remote, make sure to check eBay first. Dont waste your time with OriginalKeyless.com, unless you are prepared to wait a month or more for something that you could get on eBay in 4 days and for half the price."
"Very happy with product. The dealer was charging me $180 for each remote (Jaguar XKR) + 200 to program it. They sent me some very simple instructions to reprogramed and both remotes are working. Shipping was a bit slow, but is in the fine print, I just happen to missed it like everybody here did, but when I e-mailed them about it they inmediately send me a e-mail back, and requested that post office send me updates of the shipping status. It was worth the wait I saved more than 400$ and that's was important. "
"Not a very professional company, I wish I would have read some of the reviews before I placed an order. First there web site is very bad, then they sent me an e-mail with my credit card number and expiration date written right on the e-mail, which I could not believe they did. So I have called my credit card company and placed a warning with them. I just can't believe they are still in business. I was lucky the credit card company would not process there request. "
"Original Keyless are dishonest crooks.
I ordered 2 keyless remotes. First, they shipped nothing (as is reported all over the Internet). Then after a month and numerous emails they finally shipped a replacement after I disputed the charges with my credit card company.
But 1 remote was for the wrong car. So I wrote them a check for half the original order and returned the wrong remote.
Here's the nasty part - after they cashed my check, they sent my letter to my credit card company and got the entire initial charge reinstated. So they got paid three times for one working remote.

"I have been ripped off by this company also. I ordered a replacement remote for my vehicle on September 21 from this dealer. The funds were taken from my bank account the next day, 9-22-08. I have never received my order, only emails telling me how slow the post office is. I feel that I have extorted of my money and will not get what I paid for after all this time. They claim that your order is shipped out within 72 hours or receipt of payment. I have waited many 72 hours."

Their website says they drop off 2-3 "Bulk Shipments" of FULL postal containers per day and do not get a confirmation scan from USPS... (BS!) And to wait 30 days for "Slow Mail" - Please!
