"This company, is by far, one of the biggest shams on the internet! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT waste your money on purchasing things from this company! You will not get what you thought you were purchasing....you will NEVER get a refund, and this company doesn't even exist by phone to speak with a "live" person! Basically, all you will be doing is "donating" your money to scammers!"

"Please shop at your own risk. They were fairly responsive when attempting to make the purchase, however when there was an issue, SILENCE!!!. I ordered keys from them, when they arrived, they were used(very Used) and did not contain the appropriate codes to program. I went to the dealer and 5 of the top locksmiths in my area. None could program. I followed the appropriate return proceedures. After many calls and e-mails without a response, I filed a complaint with my Credit Card company. Then they claimed that the package was recieved damaged and empty, however the tracking did not show this. Due to the lack of response and time that elapsed I has no way of tracking to attempt to retrieve the merchandise. Very shady and dishonest in thier dealings."

"I ordered an "OEM Key" only to find out the key was USED and WOULD NOT PROGRAM. DO NOT ORDER from them. Unfortunately I did not see these reviews before wasting my money.

"DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A SCAM, THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE OR THE EMAILS, I FINALLY REPORTED THE TO THE (BBB) AND A WEEK LATER THEY SENT THE REMOTES, AND THEY WERE USED WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PROGRAM THEM. "If you have deep pockets and don't mind possibly losing your money, then place an order with this company. I ordered a remote for a Nissan Pathfinder. I eventually received the correct remote - the FCC ID matched the ones we already had. Attempted to program the remote to the car, but the vehicle refused to accept it. Contacted the company and requested a replacement, but they sent me programming instructions... again. Gave it another shot, but still wouldn't go. Finally got them to agree to an exchange. I returned the remote and they sent me an e-mail stating they had received it. A couple of months passed and nothing from Original Keyless - no e-mail, no phone call and no replacement remote. Tried calling their phone number, but kept getting their voicemail. Tried sending them e-mails, but they wouldn't respond. After a month of this game, finally contacted the Better Business Bureau. They contacted the company, but could not get them to respond. Imagine that. The BBB has no weight to throw around, so I'm sure Original Keyless was real scared. Although I do appreciate their attempt to intercede on my behalf. The bottom line is, I'm out $60 and these losers continue to take orders and hose people over. I suppose if you receive a working item initially, you'll probably be happy, but if you have to deal with these jokers after the sale, forget about it. They'll take your money and run. I'm going to the Arizona Attorney General next."

"First off I asked prior to ordering if there merchandise was new or used and all I got was smart-Alec remark. Against my better judgement I ordered and got a used part. NO WHERE on the site is that indicated.
And did I mention it toke about 3 weeks to get the item? They are located within this state for Pete's sake! I finally emailed them to see if they were still in business. Communication? Just pre-canned emails, they can't even take the time to write you a personal note.

Well to make a long story short, the remote never worked with my car so I returned to merchant and they charged me a 25% restocking fee! I'm currently looked at disputing with the credit card company.

Do yourself a BIG favor and DON'T order from these clowns.

"Absolute crooks. I have never dealt with a worse customer service. They would not respond to my emails but would rather send generic prewritten emails. Before purchasing a key, I emailed them and asked if the key would be a new key or a used one. They told me it would be exactly the same as a dealer key. These were the only times they actually responded to me personally. When I received the key it was a chewed up very old key. I was in shock. I emailed them, called them, and no response whatsoever. They just kept emailing me the return instructions with no comment on the fact that the key was not new like they promised. I returned the key and they took 25 percent off. Around 30 dollars. Truly one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I'm surprised how someone can lie and think they can get away with it. Beware of this company. "

"I too ordered a remote for my Subaru - the transaction, shipping and communication went well and was hoping I was among the few people on this site that it would be a positive experience. Unfortunately, when I received the used remote, the proper code was not attached nor was it inside the remote as the instruction claimed. I opened my original remote and sure enough there was the 8 digit code as described in the procedure. They insist the unit was fully tested prior to shipping - if that's the case then they would know that the code was missing. Long story short, shipping costs and restocking makes it a waste of money to pursue...I smell a rat on this transaction."

"This company is a joke. Ordered the remote on May 30th...canceled it 3 times and then they charged my account and still haven't sent it 7/29/11. Disputing with my credit card company. NO customer service....stay away !!!!"

"The worst experience of ordering online that I have ever had. I placed an order on 11/20/10 expecting to give a keyless remote as an Christmas present. They assured me it would be at my house within a few days. After weeks of waiting I tried contacting the company. I sent several emails with no response. I called, but all I got was a machine saying to email them which seemed to be a joke. After a month of waiting, I finally received an email saying it was sent. I did not trust product from a company that lied to me so I refused the unopened product. It took about a week for them to receive it and the did credit my money back into my bank but shorted me $20.00 for a restocking fee! I am still fighting this company for the remainder of the money. Do yourself a favor and order your keyless remotes from somewhere else."

"Maybe too soon to decide, but this company isn't responding to both emails and web-mails, but for one (
form letter') email reply after many weeks of awaiting either shipment confirmation and/or delivery of a simple lock-unlock remote for my 1997 Pathfinder. Looks like )so far) I'm fortunate as their charge to my ccrad hasn't yet appeared, but still after some half dozen requests, no response to this last request ("please either advise availability or cancel my order"). Uncertain right now if I will be canceling my ccard, or if even doing so, that it might assure this transaction's cancelation.

"I ordered a keyless remote from Original Keyless for my Mitsubishi Eclipse from these con artists on July 29, 2010
After well over a month and a half later, and I had not recieved my remote... I cancelled my order. Then a couple of weeks after I cancel my order it arrived. It was NOT NEW, it was USED!
It would NOT PROGRAM to my car because it was for an entirly different Mitsubishi. I called, faxed and emailed them over 50 TIMES requesting a replacement or instructions on how to return it to them. (You can't return it signature required to a P O Box). No one from Original Keyless will contact you! These remotes are cheap refurbished used, pre programed remotes! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!
