"Tried to order pulleys for a zipline. The "no credit card" policy was annoying, but we wired the money. After our bank fee was covered there was still a "mystery" $25 bank transfer fee that was missing from our transfered money. So after a week of haggling (communication by email was slow) we finally coughed up the extra $80 to send the missing $25 to ExtremeGB. That was on a Tuesday. I emailed and confirmed to them that the money was there... no reply. I finally called the next Monday and they had not shipped the order yet. Three and a half weeks to get my pulleys! The price was good, but the service was slow."

"Do not buy from OutdoorGB! I tried ordering from them in late March. My credit card wouldn't go through, so I tried three other cards. They also would not go through. I emailed customer service about this, and they emailed back saying they processed my card. They then said that one of the Deuter packs I ordered was out of stock in the color I ordered. They gave me a choice of other colors, and I chose Pine/Moss. I didn't hear back from them for a week, until they told me that Black/Ash was out of stock in the pack I ordered and gave me another color choice. The same email from a week before but from a different support person. I again told them which color I wanted. Didn't hear back from them for two weeks. Then they said they shipped, but they shipped me two items I didn't order. I just got those in today, but I still haven't received my packs. I never received a confirmation or receipt and received a call from my credit card company saying that $231 had been charged to my card three times by OutdoorGB. It's been almost a month now and my packs haven't even shipped. I emailed their "fanatical" customer service at all of their different email addresses telling them to cancel my credit card payments and not ship the products. I want to order from another store, but they won't respond to me. "

"I ordered the Firstwheels stroller on 3-25-09 and I still did not recieve it. Before ordering I was confirmed by email that I should recieve it within 7-10 days. A week after ordering I emailed them to get the status of the order and they said that the item has not shipped yet and they will notify me when it does. It takes days for someone to reply to my emails. As of today, they had an unforseen item outof stock and they don't know when the stroller will ship out. I requested to cancel my order and requested a refund."

"I placed an order on Feb. 22 2009. 4 days later got email from this seller that said the color I selected was not available (why take 4 days to find out the color not available). I replied the email, not response after 48 hours, and then sent another email, no answer to my emails at all.
My bad, I did not check this seller rating. Lucky I got my order on March 12, 2009.
