"I ordered a pair of rock speakers RS670 from OSD and needed them a.s.a.p. as they were going to be a last minute gift. So i paid a premium to have ups expedited which was guaranteed 2 days which was perfect... or so I thought... OSD shipped them very quickly from there warehouse which was great but as they went through customs they got delayed because OSD didn't give them enough info. I would think that this is not the first time they have shipped to Canada so i wasn't expecting this. They ended up being 2 days late and ups wouldn't refund my shipping because of this. I ended up paying double for shipping for nothing... very disappointing. On the bright side the speakers were great and of excellent quality and sound. I suggest not paying the extra for shipping if you live in Canada as it seems to be not worth it."
