"Great service and very happy with the speakers"

"Placed an order for 2 sets of brown speakers. They accepted my order and my money, then sent me an email saying they only had one set of brown speaker in stock. They then said that they had them in granite white and if I wanted they could send them to me and for me to contact them if that was what I wanted, otherwise they would put those speakers on "backorder". Well I just had a brown landscaping wall installed around my pool and I needed them in brown so I did not respond thinking they would be receiving them in a timely manner since they were on "backorder". The next day someone from Outdoor Speaker Depot called me on the phone telling me the same thing and I told them I still wanted the brown speakers and they said all right leading me to think they send them once they received them since they were on "backorder". Later that week I checked my order status and it said it was "shipped" the same day I talked to their person on the phone. Three weeks later I still had not received my order. I sent an email to check on my order and they sent me an email saying that they had sent me that first email and asking if I wanted those granite white speakers and sounding like "backordered" must mean that they are not going to ever get those speakers. I my mind, that sounds more like "discontinued". In the mean time, they have no problem holding on to my money. This whole transaction is starting to sound like "Bait and Switch" to me. I'm very disatisfied with their customer service department and the way they led me to believe that I would receive my order in a timely manner. "

"I bought these speakers to compliment a pair of book shelf Polk speakers I already own. The Polk’s are small and inexpensive so I thought these would be better and dominate the room. I was wrong, these lack bass and all around do not compare to cheap book shelf speakers. Don’t be fooled by the discounted price you are getting a $35.00 speaker, you are getting what you paid for. And yes I used the proper gauge wire, correct ohms and speaker backing. "

I called the company to ask about an item I had seen on-line that was out of stock. Needing the item quickly, it was to my delight to learn that they had just received a new shipment. As we talked, the customer service personnel helped me with questions I had about an additional shelf to be used along with the mounting bracket I ordered.

I work at a hospital and the flat panel TV is up, mounted with a shelf to hold a DVD Player and operable ready to help train new nurses.

"Outdoor Speaker let me put multiple items in my cart. The day after I completed my order, I received an e-mail stating that some of the items were on back order for 1-2 months. Outdoor Speaker charged my credit card for the entire purchase and refused to substitute a different item for the same price.
