And the free shipping and guarantees for easy returns was a huge factor in my shopping decision. The kayak arrived when promised, shipped from Oregon to Virginia in about a week. It was well packed in corrugated heavy paper wrap, along with two more layers of heavy plastic. Overall I say five stars, maybe 6. Taking the kayak out on the water for the first time tomorrow."

"I ordered the liquid logics versa board. My board shipped the same day I ordered it, and according to the tracking number it was scheduled to arrive the next day! I was a little disappointed when I learned it was delivered to a consignee that day and not me. A little prep for that one would have been nice. I did get my board 2 days later, and the price for shipping was FREE so it's hard to complain. Super satisfied with everything else about the order...like I said, just wish the delivery process was explained in the confirmation e-mail. It's hard not to get excited when you think it's showing up at your door the next day. Customer Service was "on it" and very helpful when I called to ask about it.
I like that you are selling the 2011 that comes with the wheel instead of an older model that doesn't, some companies are selling the board without the wheel at the same price.
