"I purchased a dress to see what it would look like as bridesmaid dresses for my upcoming wedding this summer. I was a little hesitate to purchase a dress from online but I figured I might as well try. To be on the safe side, I only purchased one dress.. just incase it didn't turn out the way I would have liked it to. Right away I was impresses with the service I received. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on with my order. When I received my dress I was astonished with the quality of the dress. It has a padded bra like material and boning in the dress (which I was not expecting at all) It looks exactly like the photo!! I am now purchasing the rest of my bridesmaid dresses from the website, along with a fancy little dress for myself. :)"

The stitching of the dress and material were high quality. I was shocked because the dress shipped almost a week earlier than expected. I even asked for the veil that the model was wearing. It wasn't something that they usually made- they did it without any issues. Also I changed the color
To a darker ivory and it came out better than expected

"I ordered a dress from OutterInner back in February. It was a bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding, so she had selected it. The dress I received was not what the bride had wanted and I did have a bit of difficulty returning the dress. I emailed back and forth with Lisa from customer support. I was finally able to return the dress. I was refunded the price of the dress and they refunded me for the return shipping."

"I ordered a dress for a wedding, it looks great, and I was worried about the shoulder design so I asked if I could get extra material, they happily send some at no additional cost. The communication was great Sara promptly replied to every e-mail with my enquires with the dress and the progress of it and also sent me photos of my dress as requested before it was shipped off to ensure it was what i wanted. I got it yesterday in the post; it was estimated to be here by the 25th so very efficient. The detail on the dress looks great and I can’t wait to wear it. Because this company is not local, I was very worried about the dress getting to me in time. They got the dress to me a week before promised..they added straps at no charge...and returned every email promptly. The workmanship was very nice. They do not make the dress exactly as seen in the photos because they do not copy...but the dress was close enough that it looked very similar to what we chose."
