"I ordered my dress during a time where they explicitly said due to a cultural holiday that lasted a month they would not be able to work on my order until a month later. I was fine with that.
The customer service rep was nice and friendly and quick to respond. My engagement fell apart and I couldn't cancel my order but I didn't mind at all. The dress was gorgeous when I received it. I'm actually glad that I couldn't cancel the order. It was well made, the detailing was gorgeous. I have pictures of me in it. I actually hacked the bottom later to make it shorter so I could wear it as a sundress (that's how much I love it and want to be seen in it). I was extremely happy with the workmanship and quality I received.
The shipping was a bit pricey for me, but it's understandable since it came from overseas. It came folded up in a tiny little box, but that did nothing to deter its beauty. Photo of me in the dress.

Total, the dress cost me $165 with shipping after a $15 off coupon. When I ordered the dress there was no additional cost for custom sizing but I noticed they charge an additional $16 now. Still, that's a lot less than what I've seen on other sites, especially given the quality I received on my order.
I would definitely order from this site again. Possibly in the very new future (I and the other bridesmaids are currently convening on our choices)."
"I am completely Un-satisfied!!!! I ordered my dress according to the instructions so that it would fit ME perfectly. The bottom half of the dress fit perfectly; however the top was HUGE! The dress was not as described in the picture!!! The v was cut so low that it came down to the end of my sternum! The bra cups were placed in what should be my waist! The beading was pretty for a wall hanging; however, it does not match the picture and it HUGE as well, not the pretty ornate beading shown.... And all the white marks used to make the outlines are still on my dress as well as what appears to be glue!!! I bought this dress for my wedding at the end of this month, and now I wont be able to use it nor do I want to be seen in it in this condition! I am outraged! So, now if I want to wear it, I have to pay someone to alter it and clean it! Oh, and the shipping of the dress is a joke too! It was bundled up in a ball, shoved into a box and taped closed. I want restitution for all of this! I don't have time to send it back for them to fix their mistakes let alone PAY to ship it! They should PAY me to have it redone here!

Although I did receive the dress in the condition as described and completely unhappy with the dress itself, I am very satisfied with their solution and offer a refund and I am grateful for that. I now have to find a dress at a local shop as my wedding is within the next few days. Would I do business with them again.... Yes, only because of the understanding they did show with my frustrations. .we are all human and we all make mistakes......BUT I would not order less than two months prior to my occasion. .... Would they take my order is another issue. "
"OuterInner is great! I needed a formal gown for an evening wedding so I checked out the local department stores; everything appropriate was overpriced or ugly. So, with not much time left before the wedding, I went online to find a dress and found OuterInner.
Their selection of gowns is really good and I had trouble picking just one! Their prices are really reasonable, especially for the quality of the dress; I was impressed with the quality of the gown (good fabric, good design, good construction) considering the price, the level of detail in it, and the speed with which I received the gown. The customer service was really friendly and easy to deal with when it came to sizing, etc.

The dress we ordered was from the bridesmaid collection but we wanted a lot of alterations as we wanted a modest neckline, they did all the alterations and the end result was beautiful! "I was a little causious when ordering a bridal dress on-line. This is one of the biggest days in a girls life and the dress is very important. In my eyes. But I was not having any luck finding a dress I liked in the stores. I didn't want a big huge dress. I wanted something simple and beautiful. Also I am not a size 4 so I really couldn't try on most of the dresses in the store and really see them on me. I found OuterInner online and thought I would give them a try. I felt safe at least trying them because they do have a good return policy. Which most of the regular stores don't even have. I would lose out on very little by going with them. I ordered the "Chiffon Off-the-shoulder Chapel Train Wedding Gown". I loved this dress the first time I saw it. It was beautiful and I knew I could dance the night away in it and not feel weight down by my dress. This dress looked light as air. So I ordered it and got it in about 3 weeks. Which I was shocked at also. Dresses usually take much longer. Or at least that was my experiance with other dress places. The only down side I might say is some elements of quality were perhaps not quite as nice as a dress from a bridal store, but for the very low price you really can't complain and that the dress was still beautiful. I only mention the quality because I went over the dress with a fine tooth comb and saw just a few things. But no one else would have even come close to noticeing. This dress was worth it! I love it. Great company! I would recommend this company to all future brides. They also have some great stuff for bridesmaids too."

"I just recently purhased my bridesmaids dresses from outerinner.com. The dresses arrived and the quality of the dresses is beautiful. However not one of the dresses fit! We followed the measurments on THIER website for standard US size and all of my bridemaids ordered one size up to ensure a good fit and if necessary alterations could be done. So we ordered 2 size 6's, 1 size 8 and 1 size 10. My bridesmaid who ordered the size 6 could not even fit into the size 10!!!! Even though I only rceived the dresses 2 days ago they are already telling me its my problem and that they will not exchange or refund the dresses. I would be careful ordering from this company. I am now going to call my credit card company and explain to them what happened and see about doing a chargeback on my card. "
"I have to say, I have been a bridesmaid more times than I have fingers to count. Always spending $200 or more on the dress chosen by my beloved bride to be friends for their special day- more typically than not, a dress I would have never chosen my self and would definitely not wear again. I was so relieved when my most recent friend Carrie was getting married and directed all of us bridesmaids to OuterInner to order the dress she chose. "I never write reviews but it would be a shame not to for this company. I was nervous to order online...the reviews I read were 50/50 but I gave it a shot anyways. I am sooo happy I did! I did not know if the style dress would look good on. So I went to a local bridal shop and tried on a few with the same mermaid style and had them write down my measurements. I immediately went home and ordered my dress! I was nervous it wouldnt arrive on time because my wedding was planned last minute and its in Italy! I gave my special needed instructions in the box before checkout. My dress arrived 2 weeks early. It is absolutely gorgeous and the quality and beading are stunning.
