"I have just received a delivery of a wedding dress from outerinner. From the start the communication and advice over email was excellent. Even still we were concerned that this exquisite looking dress would not be done justice by either the making, the fit or the material. Much to our delight it looked just as in the picture. The material was of good quality and the fit was perfect without any adjustments. It will of course need a press but that is to be expected.
I offer my sincere congratulations and thanks to outerinner in their customer relations (Sally) and quality of goods.

"I ordered a Debutante dress for my daughter and I needed a modest wedding type dress with no train. Plus, my daughter is tall and I needed a couple of extra inches added to the bottom of the dress. I have to say that I was very excited that I could use the custom feature to specify what I needed without having to worry about alterations. I received the dress about 3 weeks after ordering and I must say that is is PERFECT!! It looks EXACTLY like the picture. It is everything that I wanted for a GREAT price. Thank you OuterInner. "Whatever you do, do not order a dress with sleeves from this site. I ordered a vintage style tea length wedding dress for my wedding in the beginning of December and it did NOT fit correctly. I put in a special instruction request for rush produtcion and delivery but now i wish the had taken their time. I wear a size 8 and sometimes a size 10 so I ordered a 10 just to be safe. The sleeves on the dress were so small that I couldn't pull them past my elbows. I had to take it to a tailor to alter it and spend another $50. The tailor said the sleeves were completly misproportioned with the rest of the dress. Like a size 10 dress with the sleeves of a size 4 dress. I would have returned it, but I would have lost amost of what I payed shipping it back and my wedding is in less then 2 weeks. Not to mention I payed $40 for shipping and the dress came crumpled up in a BAG! I couldn't believe it. I would never use this site again. "

My sister chose their site because their prices were pretty affordable compared to some of the other places we had checked out for the dress we were looking for. We wanted a short, lace dress and we were able to find the perfect one on their site! Their shipping was pretty fast compared to the 30+ day delay other sites were giving us. "Don't do it - I learned through this company to only order online from a reputable US-based company. They sent me the wrong size for a bridesmaid dress that's so big I can't be in the wedding party because there's no time to get another dress. Best part: their joke of a refund policy means that though I spent $80+ on the dress, but with the mandatory restocking 50% fee and shipping charge, I'll get $23 back for my trouble of sending the dress back to them.

Gee thanks. After I fly to the wedding, buy another dress and come back home, I'll send your crappy, useless dress so that I can get a quarter of my money back.

I'd sent in my size and the rep actually recommended the bust be an inch wider. I asked if they were sure, gave them height, weight, bra, size and repeated it. The dress comes and it's comically disproportionate, like an ice cream cone, and sure enough, it's too wide by FOUR inches. I tried to take it in for alterations and the lady told me she wouldn't do it because it was way too big, costly and still wouldn't look right.

And the refund policy is a joke. From now on, I'm only ordering online from US-based companies with an honest return policy that use reps and practices that aren't so shady.
