I was lied to both times by whoever was in charge of their accounts, had to call them during business hours which resulted in multiple long waits. They ended up reprinting (?) and overnighting the product, but honestly on arrival I can see obvious banding lines from misaligned printer heads. "Terrible website construction, terrible customer service on the phone (do not believe their call center is located in the US), and terrible after the sale support. I was not happy at all with the experience. Never even got to see the printed materials, as they were shipped off to a trade show direct from ONP.
This company hides posts on their facebook page that are negative, and then extend false olive branches of support. Only after posting in numerous other facebook reviews about my own experience did I have someone reach out to me.
No way to run a business. I will never use them again."
