I’ve never felt so ignored and dismissed by a company. Overall, this company’s customer service is atrocious and they clearly do not value their customers. "Worst printing experience ever. I picked a date they offered and went with them because I needed them by that date as I was leaving for a conference and was using these at the show. As I saw the order not progressing I emailed support to check they would make the deadline. The answer I received back was a copy and paste response that never addressed any word of my message to them. They ended up shipping the items AFTER their due date and they didn't even use overnight for them so they will arrive after I leave and be useless to me. Got another email from them acting as if the order was fine and thanking me for my business! Horrible experience and zero customer service! "
"I ordered 2500 business cards 8/8/23 and paid extra for delivery on 8/14. The cards did not come so I looked on the website and saw my cards had not even been printed yet. I contacted customer service and was told they would let “them” know I was on a deadline. (I had a huge marketing expo on 8/23) I was also told to contact customer service when I received my cards and they would give me a discount. On 8/21, I contacted customer service again (the cards were being printed) and asked them to expedite shipping because I needed the cards by the morning of 8/23. I was told they were positive they would ship them ASAP. Well, 8/23 came and went. I had to make other arrangements with higher priced merchandise since this company did not do anything that they advertised. On 8/29, my cards arrive. 8/30, I contact customer service again explaining I was told I would receive a discount for my late order. I was given an $18 credit for my next order…what? Why would I order from these people again? I told them I no longer needed the cards so I would return them unopened for a full refund. I was told they would give no refunds for unauthorized returns and that I had been given my $18 credit, the difference in price between basic shipping and the expedited shipping fee I had paid. This is absolutely no appropriate response to an obviously poor business practice. I was not contacted/notified at any time that my order would be delayed. I was not given the option to cancel my order. The business ethics and customer service are lacking and I would never use this company again. By the way, there are tons of complaints filed with the BBB regarding this company. Stay away!"
"Ordered business cards for $50. They came off center and poor quality. Lines running through them. Thick bold white edges on left. Poor color, faded. The edges were roughly cut almost ripped in one edge. Would not refund. Do not trust them to replace. So I can't give these to my client and they offered a $13 store credit after chasing a response for three weeks. Terrible customer service and my money in the trash. "

I had been using Overnight Prints for about 10 years and loved them. Great quality, decent delivery, great prices. I tried them again this year for simple business cards and was delivered 3 boxes of garbage. The cards were not all cut the same size, cut into the safe zone, not even cut square, printed crooked, the spot UV was misaligned, sloppy UV coated the whole card, delivered 9 days late (after our event).
Once I realized we weren't going to get our order in time (always "in production" even after estimated delivery date), I found a local printer (MorrellPrinting.com) who took my rush order and had it done in TWO HOURS for the SAME PRICE. Truly heroic. Do yourself a favor and look around for a local printer that will do you right.
How I got my refund: I went to their Contact US (https://www.overnightprints.com/about/contact-us) and selected:
Existing Order > I received my product in a defective state.
I entered the info and description like above.
After a day I received the same BS email that everyone gets offering 50% store credit or reprinting. Store credit? Reprint? Why would I want more garbage? No way. I replied to the email and said:
"You and I both know this is an unacceptable response, and we know why.
Let's just process the refund and get this over with.
Thank you."
Within 20 minutes I got this ESL response:
"Hello,
Thank you for your email!
Since you refused the options and requested a refund we issued for refund.
Within 3-5 business days it will apply in your card!
Kind regards, "
Another hour later I received a confirmation email that my order has been refunded, "Please allow 3-8 business days for this refund to process."

"I placed an order on 12/29/2022 and paid next day shipping as I had an event on Jan 4th. The order supposed to be shipped on 12/30 but on 1/2 was still under production. The support team couldn't care less about my need. Everything they said was that I can request a shipping refund once it arrives. I keep telling them that the latest I could get them was for Jan 3rd but getting the cards after that date makes no sense to me. They ended shipping the cards by ground and the cards arrived by Jan 6th, 7 days late. When I contacted them to get my refund they only offered me $ 7 store credit (that is way less than I paid for next day shipping) and not even to my card. I placed 2 complains, one by email and another by chat and they couldn't care less. No interest on doing any refund. I'm not asking for free money just the difference on what I paid and what they really provided me. Outside this the cards quality is terrible.... I requested rounded borders and looks they were done by hand. This is one of the worst experiences I had with an online company. Terrible service, worst support I have ever experienced and nothing but inept people trying to keep stealing from me. Stay away from them...they are completely scammers."
"I've been using these guys for almost ten years for business cards, postcards, and flyers. The quality was never amazing but I liked the price point . They totally screwed up on my last 2 order but it was this last one that sent me over the edge - I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!
I made my original order on 12/7 with an est. delivery date of 12/15. It was X-mas cards that I wanted to send out before X-mas. When I received the order on 12/15, it was a bunch of cards for a company so they sent me the wrong order. I called and emailed them immediately to get this fixed. Instead of offering to "OVERNIGHT" me my new cards, they told me they would put it into a queue and when it gets printed, they would then send it out per the ORIGINAL SHIPPING i paid for which would then get here on 12/28. I was furious but told my family members that my cards would be a little late. Once the cards were "printed" on 12/22 - 7 DAYS AFTER THEY MADE THE MISTAKE, they called and left me a message that said they would send it out the next day (12/23) if I'm ok with that. I emailed them back immediately and said "GO AHEAD" and they sent me a notice that said it will be estimated to arrive on 12/28. ON 12/29, I called them and said I didn't get them yet and the rep said "Oh it's being cut as we speak and will be sent out as soon as possible". WHICH IS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM THE CALL I RECEIVED ON 12/22 THAT SAID IT WAS READY TO BE SENT! I asked to talk to a manager and they did not have one available. I asked to have a manager call me back and they had another rep call the next day with "NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT" except for pay for the shipping. $12 compensation for a $100+ item that is now going to arrive ONE MONTH AFTER THE ORDER DATE! You tell me if that is fair?
I have worked in management before if the screwup is this bad, I would just fix it even if I lost money. They are not only going to lose money but future business from me!!!!"
"This company has done nothing but go downhill for the last 5 years or so. Go ahead and order if you're okay with your order being 45 days late and completely unusable. I'm fighting with them now to get a refund, but they'll probably only offer to refund me "the difference in shipping", meaning the extra $5 I paid to get it at an earlier date.

"Terrible quality and customer service. I ordered business cards in August. It took several weeks to receive defectives cards with misprints. They asked me to take multiple pictures (which I did). After this tedious homework assignment they told me for 2 months they were reprinting and resending. One big lie after another. Stay away from this Sham!"
"We've had late orders about 50%-75% of the time. At this point the estimates on their websites are just a marketing gimmick but have no basis in reality. We've bad orders that showed up with misprints, late orders on urgent requests and customer service was useless. Anywhere is better than Overnightprints. Do not use and take your business to any other print shop."

After waiting almost a month and seeing that my order was in production, I contacted them only to find out that their was a "glitch" with my order and wanted to know did I still need it. If I didn't need it I wouldn't have ordered them. I am supposed to be getting a refund. Not sure if it will happen. If it doesn't happen I will contact my bank and turn them in.
