"I ordered a sofa from them online since it had high ratings. However, when I received it, it was used and damaged in the corners most likely from transit since they did not package it well. I contacted them on Friday and they did not respond until Monday. They have tried to offer money to keep the damaged item rather than immediately get me a return label and a UPS pickup for this package. Then they said that the carrier will be contacting me within 10 days like I have time to wait around and have $700 sitting there charged and have yet to get me a label to return this damaged/defective product. So I am out $700 while they **** around with the carrier. This whole experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I never want to order here again. If they do not get me a label and pickup soon I am going to have to file a chargeback."

If the product being sold was only 1 tile, it should have been clearly stated. Now they want us to pay thee $5 shipping plus $12 return shipping. Their price per tile is 3 times what retail price is. DO NOT USE THIS SHODDY COMPANY."

The customer service rep told me I would have to take a $70 reduction in credit given or wait on a third order (due to arrive much later than Christmas). Never shop here if you need your delivery to be successful.

"I ordered a new unlocked phone which was set to arrive for Friday. When I got the phone (which came poorly packed with only two air cushions in the box, really come on) the phone's box was kind of beat up but luckily the phone wasn't trashed. Even though it was banging around in the box. Turns out the phone isn't even unlocked! I sent them an email and they did reply the next day as I asked for a call to straighten things out explaining that I needed a working phone for next week as a lot of my business calls are over the phone and I needed a phone next week. The rep only apologized and assured me that it is defective but rare and they can only have it replaced even though it just needed the unlock code. Anyway I'm getting it next week but I still don't have what I ordered and don't know what to expect. This whole experience has left a bad taste and I don't think I'll buy from them again as they don't appear to be dependable and it would've been nice for them to at least overnight the phone. Amazon and Newegg have come through for me and done exactly that for me when something went wrong. They know how to take care of the customer."
"I were under impression with the given schedule. Turns out the delivery had gone through another 3rd party delivery service which took another two days. Eventually i could not wait due to urgent need and i went to that 3rd party delivery by driving up 60 miles (round trip) to get my package
Update. I talked to overstock.com and they are willing to give me some credit on this issue because of the confusion and missed expectation"
"I placed an order for multiple products, one of them was not delivered. I contacted Customers Services via Chat . They said that they were going to check with the courier and if the package was not found they were going to send me another one. in 1-4 business days. I contacted them 10 business after, they confirmed that the package was not found and that they were going to send me another one. It's been 32 days since the original order and I'm still waiting. I contacted support three more times and they keep promising a replacement. No new tracking number on the Web site. I'm requesting a refund trough my credit card company, filing an official complaint with BBB and spreading the word. "
"I am highly dissatisfied and frustrated. I ordered a 5 piece bedroom collection for $1484.99 from Overstock on August 9. The expected arrival date was August 15. Within the last month I have spoken to about 15 different representatives from Overstock. For about a month they could not give me an answer of when I would receive my package or where its location was. About two weeks ago they decided that they could not find it and would ship out another one because of a mishap with the shipping company. They reassured me they would be using a different shipping company different from the original but did not. I was told several times by different customer service representatives that the delivery was a "white glove delivery" and they would be setting it up in my house. The delivery finally took place today where one person showed up and placed it on my front porch and said "I can help you bring this inside but I'm not really suppose to." I called and they told me there was miscommunication and they do not approve white glove deliveries. Even if they were not going to set it up for me they should have sent another delivery guy to help bring it into my house. My husband was not supposed to be here today but thankful he was because he had to help bring the estimated 475 pounds of furniture into our home. I'm not sure what we would have done if he was not here. When I called to speak to a representative about my frustration she told me they could send someone out with a delivery fee that I would have to pay for someone to set it up. I had to ask her three times to speak to a supervisor. In the end I finally told the supervisor that I want to return the furniture because I do not want something in my house that is going to remind me of Overstock.com and the frustration that I have endured. I regret my purchase and this has been the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. Most of the time trying to locate my first furniture shipment I was the one trying to call YRC and Overstock to figure out what was going on. I was told several times that I would receive a follow up call or email and never received anything. When I would call back, a few times I had to wait aver 30 minutes to even speak to a representative. I have chosen to take my business elsewhere knowing that there is no way it can be this horrendous. I will not be shopping at Overstock in the future and will make sure to express my concern with anyone that thinks of shopping with Overstock."
"I bought a chair, sofa, and love seat on 5-21-16. The next day I clicked on a pic of all 3 together, and it was the set at $659 cheaper than what I ordered. The whole time I dealt with agents on the phone. They refunded the charge on 5-23-16, but placed what they call a " pre authorized credit" on my credit card of $1609.97. According to Chase Bank, that's not a legal transaction. Chase Bank is now going after them. You cannot charge someone for nothing Overstock! I will never shop here again. Shady, and illegal."

"I went to purchase a ring they had on sale. I decided to go ahead and get the Overstock.com credit account since they were giving an additional discount. I was approved but not quite a high enough credit limit, so I tried to split the payments. They don't do that, so at the advice of a customer service rep via chat I purchased gift cards with my new credit account (since you can use gift cards AND another credit card on the same order). The gift cards take 1-24 hrs to process (odd, and annoying, but whatever) – it was a sale item so I was worried the sale would end. Thankfully it didn't. After 36 hrs I contacted customer service because I never got my gift cards. First she says gift cards take 72 hrs to process (that is not stated anywhere on their website, clearly states 1-24 hrs). I ask to talk with the "process" dept that handles gift cards and she gives me the number.
They are close on the weekends, and only process the gift cards manually (so how they advertise 1-24 hrs is beyond me). On Sunday (next day) I get an email stating my gift card orders had been canceled – no reason, just canceled. On Monday I just decide to give up on trying to use the Overstock credit and put it on my normal credit card – order goes through fine. 36 hrs later I get another email stating this order has been canceled because they "lack the necessary information". How would any order go through unless you had the necessary information? Ring size - check, billing info - check, shipping info - check. So I am done with Overstock. I do 95% of my shopping online and they are by far the worst. I will work with small no-name websites before doing business with them again."

"I bought 2 pairs of headsets on 4/5/16. I got the tracking number on 4/7/16. the tracking number was invalid. It was not in usps's system. I called OVerstock on 4/12/16, they said the item has been shipped, there might be a mistake with the tracking number, they transferred my case to the shipping department to correct it. I was told to give a correct tracking number within two days. On 4/14/16. I contacted Overstock again and was told the samething. On the same day. I got a voicemail/and email from Overstock stating that there was an error in their inventory, they did not have the items in stock. At the same time and few days before that, Overstock still had it the items in stock with higher price. I also got another email from Overstock the item has been returned to seller and refund was issued. that is totally a lie. I will never shop again at Overstock"

Called and Chatted with Overstock.com customer service before purchase and asked if they were Authorized retailer of this lens. They lied and said they were and it comes with warranty. Received lens today and call Sigma. (If you do not believe me call Sigma first and they will tell you that Overstock.com IS NOT an AUTHORIZED RETAILER.) GRAY MARKET product and Overstock.com is NOT an Authorized retailer of Sigma Products. You have NO WARRANTY. Normally the lens comes with a 4 Year USA warranty if purchased through an authorized retailer of Sigma Products. This review in no way reflects on the Sigma Lens. It is a beautiful lens and very well made. You just have NO WARRANTY if purchased through the "Big O" --- they lie about being authorized retailer. "
