"I ordered about $50 worth of product back in December 2022. I received a small box of socks which I did not order. I have been back-and-forth with your email Customer Service and just keep getting the runaround. I asked for a refund and they’ve been stringing me along saying it’s coming which it’s not. "I ordered a 5 foot lighted angel on Jan 9, 2023. On Jan 19 , I checked the tracking and it said out for delivery. I kept waiting for my angel to be delivered. On Jan 20, 23 and 28, I sent a message to customer service. I did not receive a reply. In the meantime, I checked Overstockdeals on line and found that people who ordered Christmas Items never got them. They received various items instead of the christmas items. On Jan 19, I received a box of socks. I had no idea where they came from. I thought maybe it was a free gift from some of the surveys I had taken, Little did I know this was my "lighted angel". They are sending out various items instead of the items people had ordered. I have notified my credit card company and hopefully I will get credit for my "angel". This is horrible. Do not buy from them."

Small package arrived with compression leggings inside. No customer service to call and the email provided is now shut down. Company is a huge scam"
"I ordered 3 holiday inflatables and messaged to cancel less than 24 hrs later. First I tried calling overstock and the woman did not have any orders for inflatables, she then informed me that they are not part of overstock deals. So I then emailed overstock deals since I couldn't find a customer service phone number. I received a reply email that my order was shipped so they couldn't refund my money. They sent me my tracking number with the carrier website but when I kept trying to track my package the website wouldn't load. 13 days later I received 2 packages in the mail, one was for a pair of women socks and the other was a pair of compression stockings. The correct tracking number was on the outside of the package. I have been trying to send numerous emails asking where my Inflatables are that I paid for bc I did not order what I received, and to no surprise you get no response. I will be contacting my bank to reverse the charges. This is a complete scam so if you're reading reviews on this company listen to the reviews be aware and just stay clear of them and order from a legit company. "
