"Can I say......run.... This company is severely delinquent, from the false advertising, to the lying, to the non existent customer service and lack there of customer service manager Julie. I was charged for an item that was supposedly "in stock", and paid for overnight shipping. Unbeknown to me, this item was backordered with a 2 week expected time to the company. I received no email that the item was backordered. Matter of fact it was not known to me until I called to find out where my faucet was. The customer service was extremely unhelpful and nonexistent. Company attempted several UPS shipments (from Home Depot warehouse in Hagerstown MD) and two KOHLER K-4679-CA-0 Lustra Elongated Toilet Seats received in pristine order whereas two KOHLER K-4329-0 Kingston Elongated Wall-Hung Bowls received each and every time shattered, broken or cracked due to improper packaging and UPS complete carelessness in handling VERY fragile and large ceramic toilet bowls. I have opened many online tickets and made many 1.***-***-**** calls (to Tammy customer service rep) trying to resolve situation, cancel this order and get refunded. After over 3 months of e-mail and phone run-around, which is all documented, I made a formal complaint with PayPal on 11/20/11 and after their intervention I "miraculously" got $287.90 refund for two broken KOHLER K-4329-0 Kingston Elongated Wall-Hung Bowls which UPS refunded to HandyCo dba / OverstockDeals.com long time ago.
My last e-mail to this company was sent 11/23/11 requesting also a refund of $103.90 for two KOHLER K-4679-CA-0 Lustra Elongated Toilet Seats returned by UPS mid Sept 2011 to Home Depot warehouse in Hagerstown MD. I never got any responses or communication since that date.
As luck would have it, I was a victim of serious heart attack in December of 2011 and this whole episode got forgotten and I ended up dishonestly being robbed of $103.90.
I feel obligated to let the US Public know, based on my experience, what they can expect from their dealings with OVERSTOCKDEALS.com of Highlands Ranch, COLORADO.

I called the toll-free to verify the item I was interested in actually was in stock. Then I placed the order, on Friday The 13th. The UPS truck pulled up with the order in the noon hour on Tuesday, July 17. That was with free shipping.

Order arrived in fine shape, and Overstock Deals' price on the product I ordered was 55% of what it would have cost at Delta site ... and $20 less than the next-best price I found anywhere during my research.

Also, the people I talked with at the eStore were knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. All in all, it was purely 5 Star for me.

My suggestion to others: pick up a phone and actually talk with somebody if you aren't sure. Keystrokes are not a satisfactory substitute for genuine conversation!"

"I too was a bit skeptical about ordering after reading reviews. But the part I ordered was the cheapest delivered I could find for an OEM part for my American Standard toilet. After I received the part in perfect condition in an original American Standard box I installed it and all was fixed with the toilet. Their site touts that it "usually takes 3-5 business days" to the west coast from the closest facility, but in my case it took 6 and obviously wasn't in stock from the closest facility. A minor factor at best. As with others, I never received an email, but all was well documented in the "My Account" section of their website. I'd buy again from them."

By Wednesday I still had not seen an email confirmation so I dreaded the call to their 800#. The first time the company sent me an email stating that the item was not priced correctly and that if I wanted the product it would be an additional $825. Customer service and supervisor Julie were not helpful and offered no solution. "I was skeptical about ordering after reading some of the reviews on this site, but I took a chance and ordered a bathroom vanity mirror from overstockdeals.com, which offered it at about half retail price. My mirror arrived promptly (within a week of placing the order)and was in perfect condition. I received an order confirmation by email and a shipping confirmation a couple of days after that (indicating that my mirror had shipped the day after I ordered it). I'm glad I gave this site a shot.
