"I have been an Oxfam supporter for years, but there are definitely some kinks I think they need to workout. Firstly, I like the idea of giving specific gifts via donation, but if it just goes to their general funding (not that I'm opposed to any of their projects) then it kind of defeats the point of having specifix gifts. Secondly, I chose an e-card to save Oxfam postage and be more environmentally friendly. My donation was for Mother's Day, so I assumed that the message would be sent on or around Mother's Day, but it was sent right away. Perhaps there needs to be a section where you can choose the delivery date. Lastly, I tried to login a few times, once trying a new account with my phone email. I almost gave yp until I saw that you can sign in as a guest. Maybe it would be better to have the guest option from the start. I support the good work Oxfam does, just thought this might be helpful in terms of improving your website."

"Oxfam America Unwrapped offers double gifts--charity donations that will make a difference to people in developing countries, but you can make the donation a "gift" to someone who will get a really cute card explaining what the money bought for someone who needed it. It's easy, fun to pick out projects appropriate to the person you're giving to (so for instance my mom is a teacher, so I donated money to some education projects), and my mom just loved getting the cards."

"It was a pretty simple process, although it took me a while to find the mosquito nets, featured on your initial email, on your web site. Also the payment was very slow. I'm not sure what caused that, but you might want to check it out. The recipients were very happy with their Mother's Day gifts."

I can say that the website was easy to use and allotted plenty of room for a message to the person in whose honor the purchase was made.. Also, what format is sent to the mothers who receive these notices? Are they cards? What do they look like? When are they sent? Do I get a copy?
