"All in all the experience was good however certain items on the web site are not easy to negotiate. If one wants to send multiple items in multiple names there is no means to do that.. You have to fill out each item with a person and address. Also when you sign in it asks for your email address and password and when you put in the email name it says that it already exists and won't let you go further ....very frustrating... Dave"
