"Ozbo wasn't a bad experience but was a little bit disappointed in the length of time it took to get products delivered. My order was very time sensitive - ordering items that my autistic son drinks to be delivered to a hotel that we were staying in on vacation in Los Angeles. I emailed customer service to find out how long it would take to get it delivered - they responded that I should get it within 5 business days. That would make it delivered a couple days earlier than our check in on 4/11 but the hotel we were staying out said they would definitely be able to hold the package for me so that it would be there for check in and for that reason - I placed the order.Soon thereafter I rec'd another email with expected date of delivery being 4/12 (4 days after what was estimated to me via cust svc email) - which made it so that we were without the drinks for the first day of our check in and 3/4 through that next day. I was frustrated because had I known that would be the way it turned out - I would have paid the price of a taxi cab or direct delivery from a grocery store in close proximity to the hotel. Instead I paid a much higher price through your website and delivery came (plus 3 business days more than the 5 business day estimate) . Because we got our order late - we weren't even able to use the amount ordered and we were flying so we couldn't bring back the excess without having to pay extra baggage so the folks at the hotel we stayed at probably appreciated your service more than we did as they got the leftovers! I might use Ozbo again - but definitely not for time sensitive things. Thanks."

"Horrible service. Will never use again. Ordered a product on March 30th a week later i still had not received it so I checked the tracking and come to find out it was damaged in transit and sent back to the shipper. They never contacted me to tell me this instead i had to contact them. When i heard back from them they did not seem very concerned just said they would express ship it right away.. So another week later i still did not receive the product. I emailed them again and told them to keep the product and that i would like my money back. They responded back saying they shipped it and it was yet again returned for being damaged in transit and that they could not attempt a third time."
"Received my shipment in two boxes on two separate days. This was not noted on the invoice or the account info nor could I track items. Items were heavy and arrive in a cardboard boxes ready to fall apart. Two of the plastic bags of fertilizer inside the boxes tore open at their seams. Not to impressed with my first shipment from Ozbo.
My next step was : 'Unfortunately it appears we didn't receive your survey data' Well of course, because I was not very satisfied with your service. A little better technology with ordering-contacts with your customer-better tracking info and better account access. Yes it was a pain while ordering-and accessing my account."
