"I ordered because it was the least expensive including shipping. Immediate email said I'd be wowwed by their fast service. 10 days later when I called to see why it hadn't yet shipped I was told it was going out that day. 3 days later it shipped. My order was right, but better to be upfront about how long it takes - underpromixe and overdeliver."

"This was a very disappointing experience. After 2 weeks of no communication from the company, I inquired about my order. I was told that it wasn't going to ship for another week due to 2 items being out of stock. Had the company contacted me, I would have instructed them to ship the rest of the items and cancel the rest. Poor customer service!"

"My experience with Ozbo was great. They sent my order quickly, and although it turned out they sent me an incorrect item (what I had ordered was out of stock), their customer service was extremely fast in responding to my initial e-mail and Ozbo quickly corrected the situation. I would be extremely happy to deal with them again; they clearly care about their customers' satisfaction!"

"The experience was awful and is still awful as the order has not yet arrived. I placed an order for seven identical items, but was not informed they were backordered from a supplier. After a week had passed after the order was placed, I emailed to inquire about its status. Only then did I find out about the backorder and was given no firm date of when to expect the order. I had to order from a competitor, and even a week late their shipment has arrived before the package from Ozbo. I wrote to the customer service department expressing my concerns and dissatisfaction but the only response was to say they were sorry and at the mercy of their suppliers. After I responded telling them about having to order from a competitor, I was asked if I still wanted to receive the order or would I like to cancel. That isn't really what I consider customer service, and I will think long and hard before ever ordering from Ozbo again. It has now been about a month since the initial order was placed and I have received no further information and definitely no shipment has arrived. I would expect a decent company to at least offer an extreme discount, if not refund the entire order's purchase price to compensate for the trouble. Poor communication, poor service, poor everything. I gave them every opportunity to rectify the situation by offering at least something, but all I got were assurances that the order would ship as soon as possible. I'm not holding my breath. Also, there was a problem checking out on the Ozbo website. It wouldn't process my bank card, and I followed instructions to call for assistance. I was told the agents on the phone also use the website to fill orders, and that I should check with my bank to see if anything was wrong with the card. I did, and no there was nothing wrong. Eventually I checked out using Amazon, and had no problems at all. Usually when you choose to place an order by phone it is because you're uncomfortable submitting credit card information over the web, so it is very disconcerting to know agents on the phone are just using the website and not the company's computer system. "

"Great customer service. Consistent shipping time frame. Wish I could have gotten some extra care with my last purchase. The item was time sensitive and important to me. It was not delivered within the slight rushed order I requested and it was the wrong item altogether. I was disappointed on two accounts. Because I did get a good response to my complaint I will shop with them again for sure but I will be real leery when it comes to important items."
