"The product I purchased was priced at half the original price which was an extremely excellent deal. The product arrived very fast and was in great shape. The packaging was however very poorly done. I ordered from them twice and in both cases the product was falling out of the package because the package had completely come a part on one end where they had not used enough strapping tape. Also, the product was packed loosely so it was banging around inside the package the whole way to me. In both instances I had ordered three three gallon containers of liquid cleaner, so this was not terrific. However, the product was great; arrived quickly; and arrived in good order despite the poor packaging method. I'd rate them a "5" overall!!"
