"Attempted SEVERAL times to purchase RF-Link AWS-5832-VSR from their website. The price listed on sale for just $299. Significantly lower than any other online site price by more than $120. However, i kept getting a "suspicious" reject error on my order upon checkout that reads
"Real-Time Shipping Error: UPS Error - Package exceeds the maximum length constraint of 108 inches. Length is the longest side of a package."
This product is an American made item and ONLY on this website does it "suspiciously" list the dimensions in metric 190mm x 125mm x 46mm instead of American inches 10.5 x 6.5 x 4.2 inches.
I called their listed number 1-866-4 PC POWER to ask someone for help but all i got was a voicemail. Personally, i would NEVER deal with a company online using such deception or having such poor customer support. Too bad i can't give them Zero stars for a rating. "
"I was somewhat suspicious ordering a Go-Flight flight simulator panel from them. Many negative reviews and a few good ones from people who only ever made one review here. However, they did have the best price anywhere. I emailed them first to "feel" them out. The reply came fast and seemed truthful. I went ahead and ordered the item on 3/21/12 and received it from the manufacturer (as told in the email) on 3/29/12. I have to give them 5 stars as communication, purchasing, shipping and the delivered product were all as good as can be."
"Update. they promptly canceled my order (it hadn't gone out in 2.5 business days.
I have had trouble getting a hold of them by phone or mail. Turns out they are not open on black Friday and have returned email.
I ordered a Power supply that I needed immediately. Their page said usually ships next day. 3 business days now and status is sill "in warehouse". Hopefully this was just a holiday glitch and I will upgrade my review on Monday.

I ordered a new processor and paid for 2nd day air. 9 days later I received a obviously "used" not working processor that was a different model than I ordered and that was show on the invoice. After immediatly contacting them I have waited another 11 day so far and have yet to get a RMA number and have been told I can't return it. So I guess I'm out a $106.12 plus any return shipping charges and they get to get rid of their garbage at my expense."

I would like to retract any bad ideas I may have given off about PCPowerZone's customer service. There are factors that play into a company's performance that we as customers don't know about. I around 11-5pm however Ross Minion called me personally around 6 almost 7 on his personal time. He was very nice, and explained to me exactly what was going on with my package in a very calm, professional, yet friendly manner. And to Claudia, I am sorry for the misunderstanding. PCPowerzone.com and I will do business again in the future. Thanks Ross!

" PCPowerZone had the power supply that I needed and sent it out in a timely manor. Unfortunately it didn't fit my computer perfectly (only had half the required 4 pin component connectors) as their website said it would. When I contacted their customer service rep (Ross Minion) via email he tried to help but would not except the unit back without their restocking fee (20.00) plus I had to pay shipping. This was bad service considering their site stated an untrue in the fact that the power supply did not fit my Gateway 710 XL P perfectly as stated it would. The customer service rep (Ross Minion) finally agreed to send me adaptor cables so that I could make the proper connects to my components. I never received the adaptors and never heard from him again. Terrible customer service in my opinion not to follow up and make good. I would stay clear of this company at all cost. I ended up getting the adaptors at a local computer service company who by the way had the same power supplies for $20.00 less than PC PowerZone. So that along with the 15.00 shipping,, I wasted $40.00 plus a lot of my time."
" I recently ordered an Athena 550W Dell replacement power supply. It took a week to get, and when it did arrive, it was DOA. I decided I did not trust the Athena supply and requested a return and my money back.
PC Power zone gave me 2 options, they would have athena power replace the supply at no charge, which I was not interesed in, or they would give me store credit for the returned item - $20.00 restocking fee. (- return shipping costs!)
I was not happy with either option and ended up having to choak on the cost of the supply with no return. You take a rsik when purchasing anything from PC power zone. If it works when you get it, great, if it doesn't, SOL!!!"
"I placed an order for the Koolance PC4-1036 Case and a number of cooling blocks and other associated hardware. I am happy to report that Ken Walker, of PCPowerZone, seemed personally interested in my satisfaction with this order. He answered one question I had by email very quickly. He also informed me that one water block (Koolance CPU-340) was out of stock, and would be delayed about 1 week. It was also unavailable on the Koolance web site, due to high demand/new product. I was very pleased when I got another email from Ken telling me the entire order shipped -- BEFORE the Koolance site reported the part was available!
Based on this experience, I would recommend PCPOwerZone without hesitation."
"Ordered several items for Koolance water cooling kit. 1 of the item was totally wrong item. I ordered CPU-305 which retailed at $49.99 instead I received CPU-300 which retailed at $40.99. I called the customer service number and only able to get voice mails.
Rectified the issue by confirming with the manufacture that the CPU-305 and CPU-300 looked the same with the only difference the bottom of the CPU-300 is flat. Both the manufacture and PCpowerzone should change the product description."

Just wanted to drop a line about PCPOWERZONE.
I ordered 2 items from them because of the lowest price overall and product availability. There were other stores that had a lower price but unit was out of stock and would not be getting any more in.
I decided to give PCPOWERZONE a shot. What a mistake.
Ordered 3-16. Credit cad was charged 3-20. Item never shipped. When I contacted Ken thru email I was told the item is on the dock and it will ship in 24 hours. After a few days I noticed I was never given a tracking number thru the website. I was given assurances that the item would ship soon, imminently, tomorrow.
Well that never happened. On 4-10 I made phone contact with Ken. The most alarming thing is he answered the phone and told me to wait while he wrapped up an email. **Put me on hold so I can't hear your dog barking. Somewhat unprofessional.**
When he was finally finished with the email he told me that the cooling fans were on the dock and the (Gary/Andy) hadn't contacted him. He looked thru emails or something to determine the status of the items. He mentioned this was the part of the reason he wanted to drop the product line from his website. **Please don't discuss your supplier issues with customers or dis them** He said he would contact me via email on 4-10 so I would no the status one way or another. Great! I want the product or a cancellation. Surprise Suprise no email or contact.
I have no problem with a person running a home business. But don't conduct business like your running a garage sale. If you don't have the product say it. I can't believe the few dollars that he would make off the sale is worth the negative but honest review.
4-11 I decide to cancel the order. I get put on quasi hold again while Ken wraps another email with a customer. How about conversing with the live person on he phone instead of answering an email?
I am now waiting for the credit back to my card.
This review is completely honest and I have the emails and screen shots to prove it.
Update done on 8-28: Ken let's be honest here, you tried putting me on hold for weeks until I finally decided to cancel at which time you divulged there was a problem with your vendor.
Matter of fact it took you 6 days to reply to my email of the review I was going to post here. I gave you a chance to reply to my concerns. Which you did 6 days later:
Mike, I am sorry that you are unhappy. I can not stop you from leaving a
negative review if that is how you really feel, all I can do is explain how
our relationship with Spire functions. The spire product that was on your
order was going to ship direct from spire since what we had here sold out...
Spire ran short filling previous larger orders and was waiting on the new
shipment (which came in but are still short). I starting removing some of
their product since much of the product is highly allocated and is extremely
difficult to get since shipments are selling out shortly after they arrive
in the USA. As you will notice, I have marked most of the Spire product as
discontinued for this reason... waiting for inventory.
Actually what is going to happen (after talking with Spire and the owner of
pcpowerzone) is that most spire products (all cpu coolers) are being marked
to call to check for availability (this won't stop people from ordering
without first checking though... unfortunately), this is due to the highly
allocated tendencies of the product due to market demand. Unfortunately, I
can not control the supply of Spire products, the Spire factory can not keep
up with the current demand. When we run out of product at our warehouse we
will ship direct from Spire... at which point we will need to check with
their warehouse to see if there are available quantities to ship.
Please do not hesitate to call me with any questions or concerns that you
may have about your order or a product that we offer. If I do not know the
answer at the time of the call I will do my best with researching and
finding an answer for you to aid you in your PcPowerZone shopping

"I am impressed with the service I received from this company. After placing an order for a Danger Den GPU waterblock this company called me at
home to let me know that it was back-ordered and it would be a long wait but they then offered an
option to go with a Koolance waterblock which was available and little less expensive and that it would work just as well as the other. So I changed my order only to realize that when it arrived I ordered the wrong part. No problem,
they issued me an RMA and shipped out the correct one. This is the best treatment I have received from any online retailer. I never had ZipZoomFly, Newegg, Buy.com or any other online retailer go out of their way to help me out the way this company has. Now I know where to send my future business, PC Powerzone!
